As I initially visited the dealership for service related issues with my prius, a very wonder lady by the name of Cami, had a nice conversation with me regarding options of purchasing a new vehicle. What made me feel comfortable was the fact that she was calm, cool and collective. She introduced me to one of her up and coming and prosperous saleswomen by the name of Mariah. Mariah was very polite, professional and pretty just like Cami. She walked me through the process of owning my first new car and it was amazing. The sales manager was amazing as well, he worked with me with my affordability, I give this dealership the highest of praise. More

Larry Jordan and Dan Nagy were our salesmen, and we tell everyone that we know to go see them! We went in knowing exactly what we wanted, and we never felt pushed to do or buy anything other than that. They listened, took their time with us, and genuinely cared that we buy the best vehicle for the best price. We never doubted for a moment that they had our best interest at heart, and in the end we walked away with our dream car, completely satisfied. For as long as we are in Jacksonville, we will only be giving our business to Stevenson Toyota! More

New Lifetime Customer Earned My husband had just gotten home from an 8 month deployment when we discovered his car had some issues. He spent a few days and a few hundred bucks fixing it only to have it blow p on the first drive after being repaired. He was set to leave for his home state on his leave. We went up to Stevenson Toyota after much deliberation on whether to finance a vehicle or go buy another used car that would nickel and dime us to death and take a lot of his precious time. The vehicles of the lot were appealing and affordable. The team we worked with was down-to-earth, honest and were prepared to do whatever it took to get us something we needed within our terms (no money down, payment, etc). We were pleased from the moment we drove on the lot to the moment my husband left in his 2013 Dodge truck. By the way, it should be noted here that I have the same 5.7 liter Hemi in my car with a custom FlowMaster exhaust, K&N cold air intake and a little less curb weight and I smoked him when he was trying to race me. But I digress.... We went to Stevenson Toyota on a Monday morning and we were out of there faster than any other dealer I have EVER purchased/leased a car from. The entire team from Mariah our sales-chic, to the funny guy working to get us approved (sorry, I forget your name, but I know your face and the joke you made about the mistake on my driver's license!!) to the coolest F&I guy and the sales manager would backed all of his team up!!! I would come back here again and recommend to ANYONE! Thanks Stevenson Toyota!! More

Service Dept is unacceptable!! Well, I've been here for 90 minutes(1 1/2 hours) for an oil change that I had an appointment for and my car is STILL sitting in the parking lot waitin Well, I've been here for 90 minutes(1 1/2 hours) for an oil change that I had an appointment for and my car is STILL sitting in the parking lot waiting to be serviced. Not my 1st issue with this particular dealership AND service(such as oily smudge marks on my driver door and steering wheel. After supposedly topping off fluids, had to have them fill antifreeze to the full mark to which they were NOT happy). There seems to be NO sense of urgency or leadership in the Service Dept. Maybe I'm unreasonable and expect to much, but why even make appointments if NO effort is made to keep them. Buyer beware!! More

My car was in service and I was looking at the different vehicles that were in the showroom. She brought up several other cars for me to look at. She listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. I did not buy that day. Again, she was not pushy. The next afternoon I texted her and told her I wanted the car and to have everything ready for me at 6:00 pm. Everything was handled via text. I walked I with my granddaughter and signed the papers. I had actually walked out of two other dealerships because of arrogance! More
