Stevenson Dealerships are Amazing My experience was mostly with Stevenson Chevy in Swansboro, which is 5 stars too, but moving down to Jacksonville and deciding to stay with Stevenson' My experience was mostly with Stevenson Chevy in Swansboro, which is 5 stars too, but moving down to Jacksonville and deciding to stay with Stevenson's dealerships was the best decision I made for my vehicles. The culture of Stevenson Toyota is the model for how dealerships should treat their customers. They go above and beyond what is expected. As long as the dealership is here, it will be our go to place for purchases and for service: even their detailing service is amazing. We love Stevenson Toyota!!! More

I must look poor. Came in to purchase a brand new Tacoma with cash didn't tell them that though. My wife asked what their current financing options were and pretty much Came in to purchase a brand new Tacoma with cash didn't tell them that though. My wife asked what their current financing options were and pretty much got blown off and tried to down sell us. Mentioned the vehicles we were looking at and didn't even get a test drive. They wouldn't even appraise my trade-in. So we walked. I wouldn't recommend this place. More

Excellent Sales Service Salesman Todd did an excellent job helping me purchase the vehicle I've always wanted, a 4runner trd pro. The one advertised on the website the night Salesman Todd did an excellent job helping me purchase the vehicle I've always wanted, a 4runner trd pro. The one advertised on the website the night before had sold by the time I got there in the morning, but after talking with Todd I found out there was another one scheduled to be delivered about 3 weeks later. Knowing that's what I wanted, he helped me purchase that one. Todd kept me informed throughout those 3 weeks that felt like 3 months where my vehicle was and when it would be on the lot. Finally Dana wrapped up the financial side for me with a smooth process of signing the virtual papers. Very professional and couldn't ask for better service both of them. More
