Good to see happy folk! I was in Stevenson Mazda last night for an appointment. Its the 3rd Mazda I've bought from Stevenson in 2 years, and it went well again!!! From the top to out the door.... we had a great experience and dealt with some great smiling folk! WOW!!! Brittany kept me rolling out on the lot.... She's a hustler....meaning , she was running back and forth getting different keys to different cars... Royce, with the country going on, is just an outstanding person!! Kept on coming by making sure we were smiling....After we had decided to buy,,,,The finance guy saw me waiting from across the street, he wasn't busy, so he called over and said he could handle it. This was Dustin. I had dealt with Dustin on my other 2 purchases, and thought he did a great job.....Last night he was just as cool and calm while explaining everything to me. Had me rolling in the office with his wit and humor!!! Absolutely the right guy to be doing what he is doing! Business like but witty and funny ....Great combination!! He was very expedient with my purchase as he knew I was dealing with some back pain from an ailment I have! I couldn't comment any higher or give a better review of my experiences with any other dealer and it's employees. I have bought 11 trucks and cars from a more southern dealer down highway 17 in the past 21 years, I am now up to 3 with Mazda.......as far as my experience is concerned they have taken over the reigns of landing my business and my families business in car buying in the future. Best Service Department I've Ever Dealt With It's hands down the best all around Dealership I've ever dealt with and Howard Ramsey is the best Service Manager I've ever dealt with. It's so good, It's hands down the best all around Dealership I've ever dealt with and Howard Ramsey is the best Service Manager I've ever dealt with. It's so good, I plan on taking my SRT8 Dodge Charger there for service. I've been there 3 times so far with my 2015 Mazda 6 and I've been very happy with all 3 visits. The only reason I'm willing to drive over 50 miles to Stevenson Mazda in Wilmington is because of their great Service Department. More
