I walked in after doing much research and knew what I wanted. Mitch Brannan was right at the door.. with a very humble, and kind smiling face. I told him what I was looking for and also explained a bit that I wasnt really interested in hagling, negotiating - I didnt want to waste his time and asked that he didnt waste mine. He was very kind, a good listener (kind of refreshing in sales), took notes and was very focused. He showed me a couple of cars on the lot, they were nice, they were the right model I was looking for but, I was really looking for more basic. We headed inside to do a bit more research. Although I thought Mitch was doing a great job another salesman came over, smiling and very full of energy, he started to sort of "try" to take over. Although I liked the new salesman - he was more of your typical salesman and I work around that all day and was really interested in straight talk. Jake the second salesman although very good was fast talker - I guess that works.. and I sort of felt that Jake was trying to take over as I learned that Mitch was fairly new. Ken in financing was very nice also, although it was clear he wasnt feeling that great - he listened as well and I felt he did a good job. There was not a whole lot of pressure from anyone - just very positive motivation. I really liked Mitch's style though... positive, caring, inquistive and thorough - he seemed very sincere and precise. Anyway - I love the Honda Fit I bought as I have always wanted a Honda and I have had a few bad years of some very bad automotive issues with my previous car(s)... I feel like now I can exhale.
