Excellent, honest service. Our Honda Pilot’s dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and we were visiting from out of town, so we stopped by Stevenson-Hendrick to have them check things out. Greg was terr lit up like a Christmas tree and we were visiting from out of town, so we stopped by Stevenson-Hendrick to have them check things out. Greg was terrific. He displayed confidence in understanding the problem in spite of other dealers in other states having been befuddled, he was up-front with the potential, large expense for the repair, and then he went to work to get Honda to cover the repair in spite of the car being out of warranty. Greg displayed true concern for his client (me) and for putting himself in our shoes. He didn’t have to push Honda to cover the expense, but, like me, he felt the problem shouldn’t have happened for my vehicle’s age. Long story short, he got the repair covered by Honda corporate and saved us over $1k. We all know that when one walks into a dealer for a repair, one often gets up-charged, over-charged and we leave feeling taken. That is not the case at Stevenson-Hendrick.
