Well, things started out very well. Kira, was fantastic. My wife and I were looking to get two new cars and trade our two cars (both paid off). My wife was going through chemo at the time so I was preliminary shopping. Kira was very understanding and helpful, not pushy in any way and very informative (shame she has to work for such a dealer). After a bit of time doing my shopping, my wife and I decided on a 2024 Accord and a 2025 CRV (non-hybrid) so they were all the Honda they could be without going Hybrid. This was the end of July 2024. I was offered a fair price for my wife's trade and even though the value of my trade was higher, they low balled it and said it was due to interest in the vehicle. Once the sales manager got involved on the deal, that's where everything went downhill. This guy tries to be a bully, he gets in close trying to make you feel uncomfortable, however, we came to an agreement. Well, it got worse, remember, my wife has been going through chemo treatments and has mustered the energy to come into the dealership to complete these purchases, after making the deal at around 7:15 pm, it was almost 10 pm before we could go into the business office that had been empty since we arrived, so needless to say, she was exhausted and needed to get home, an hour away. So we kinda rushed through the deal paperwork and assumed (my mistake) the paperwork would reflect the deal agreed to with the sales manager, who was writing the deal, but no, they over charged us a few bucks shy of $3000.00. It's a good thing I reviewed everything the next day. They played stupid of course and we did get a check back from them and some mats for our trouble. Shortly after purchase, had a couple recalls on both vehicles, and an issue with the CRV, made appointment to have issue addressed and they couldn't do anything about the recalls, supposedly due to parts issue, and couldn't even provide an idea of when this could get resolved. Needless to say it was months and they still couldn't schedule the recalls. So the service department with Honda certified techs, reset my computer for the issue I was having and when I asked them to turn off the data sharing that I had struggled with previously turning off, no one had a clue how to do it. So once again, I had to fight with it to get it to turn off, even Honda corporate would return a call to assist. Well, after not being able to schedule a recall repair for a possible fire concern with the fuel system for several months, we decided to get rid of the Hondas. Purchased a new car and traded both Hondas. I went in to see the F&I guy that we dealt with to have him cancel my service agreement and warranty, did all the paperwork (Jan 17 2025) was told I had to provide a buyer's order (even though we had put about half down on each vehicle) or they would send the refund to Honda and then they would have to send it to us. Provided the buyer's order the following day (1/18/2025) and it took months and multiple follow ups to get a refund. Then, since it comes from their main headquarters, they only send us the refund for one of the cars and not the other, after a rather contentious call about it I was promised I could come pick up my refund check for the other vehicle, yet no check was available for me, then I was promised it would be overnighted and I would have it by 10 am the next morning, yet it didn't even get sent out until the following evening. I did finally receive my refund, but I would never consider doing business with such a shady group of people again. The sales staff is a good cover for the sleazy management to try and screw you in anyway they can. I have been a car salesman and I have also been a F&I manager, I would never treat my customers the way these xxxx treat their customers. I don't usually leave reviews, especially bad reviews, I prefer to leave a good review as they are not seen enough, but I would advise anyone looking to purchase a new/used car to find another More

For the first time, I chose to travel away from where I live to purchase a vehicle and it could not have been a better decision. Little did I know how lucky it was because it lead me to contacting Stevenson Hendrick Honda and Claude Hunter taking the call. From the first conversation, I knew Claude was the right person because I knew he cared and he quickly assured me that he could have the vehicle I wanted delivered to the dealership within 24 hours. There was never a point where I didn’t feel comfortable because Claude ensured every step of the process was handled quickly and professionally. Completing the financial portion and taking possession of my new vehicle couldn’t have been a better experience if it wasn’t for Claude, Shane Bevans (Finance Manager), and the Hendrick Team.
