Best VW Service advisor I have met so far!! Very helpful and showed us honesty and itegrity throughout our service experience. He went the "extra mile" to help us, we were stranded customers 200 miles from and showed us honesty and itegrity throughout our service experience. He went the "extra mile" to help us, we were stranded customers 200 miles from home!! We managed to make it home within 1 day of breaking down and our TDI runs better after they fixed or Plugged intake problem no one else could seem to find. Thanks again!! Samantha More
