They put you first and will go the extra mile in helping you with your needs. Having a car, truck or SUV that is dependable is very important to a family or individual today. My son bought a used " old Ford " 4x4 from a friend. He is very happy. It needed service so Dad had to take it some where for some work. The service department gave me several options for the repairs. They also were honest enough to give me another service center that might save me a few dollars. To me, that means the people are looking out for me and it was important to them, to give me the best advice to help me. Now that is service with respect, that you give to others. A few months later I bought a 2017 Fusion from Tom Heidenfelder at Scaffidi's. I met him for the first time. After getting to know him I knew I had another friend at Scaffidi's. Getting a new car after a crash Eric was amazing, he did everything he possibly could to get me the vehicle I wanted, I work 16s sometimes 5 days in a row and it just happened to be Eric was amazing, he did everything he possibly could to get me the vehicle I wanted, I work 16s sometimes 5 days in a row and it just happened to be that I was when I had to get a vehicle. Again he took care of everything so when I walked in all I did was sign and leave.
