"Best Sales Force" Jackie and I left our home to just look at what was available at various dealers in the central WI area. Our first stop, and our last, was at Scaffidi Jackie and I left our home to just look at what was available at various dealers in the central WI area. Our first stop, and our last, was at Scaffidi Motors in Stevens Point. When we entered the show room we were greeted by a salesperson and he asked to help us. We told him what we were looking for and he said he had an appointment in five min. and got ahold of John Russell to take care of us. John was very courtious and made us comfortable while he lisitened to our car needs. He then showed us a 2017 Escape which we test drove and loved it. We then sat down with John and filled out the paper work. While that was being processed John got the new vehicle ready for us, He also went over all the many devices on this vehicle. As we sat in the waiting area many of the friendly employes would stop and ask us about our purchase. Everyone was great. John followed up the next day with a phone call and the a thank you e-mail offering any help he can afford us with our Escape. Had we not met John we may still be looking. Santa fe sport I wanted a new vehicle, started shopping on line.
