Treated with respect and no pressure. Scaffidi Motors contacted me stating that my 2015 Ford Escape had great trade-in value and that the incentives from Ford were numerous. I was hesitan Scaffidi Motors contacted me stating that my 2015 Ford Escape had great trade-in value and that the incentives from Ford were numerous. I was hesitant because I loved my Escape. I stopped at some competitors to check out their "deals" and to compare my Escape with other vehicles. Then I went to Scaffidi's where Sales Consultant, Mac DeBot, showed me their inventory of Escapes. Mac was very informative and listened to my "needs" if I were to make a trade. He showed me a 2018 Ford Escape Titaniam loaded with everything I needed!!! I made the trade!! Mac made the exchange, my upgrade, very easy and explained everything in detail.
