My experience with Hyundai Stevens has been extremely disappointing. About four months ago, I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas from this dealership. Within three days of driving it off the lot, the h disappointing. About four months ago, I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas from this dealership. Within three days of driving it off the lot, the heat stopped working. I brought the vehicle back and was told the issue had been fixed. Shortly after that, the vehicle developed a major coolant leak. When I contacted the dealership about the problem, they declined to assist. About a month later, the situation became even worse when the engine completely failed. After experiencing multiple serious mechanical issues in such a short period of time, I reached out to the dealership again expecting some level of accountability or support. Unfortunately, I was once again told there was nothing they would do. To have a vehicle experience a heating failure, a major coolant leak, and then a complete engine failure within months of purchase raises serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle at the time it was sold and the inspection process used before putting it on the lot. I attempted to resolve this issue directly with Hyundai Stevens, but because no assistance was offered, I will now be moving forward with formal complaints through the Better Business Bureau and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation so the situation can be properly reviewed. I am still hopeful the dealership will choose to step in and help resolve this matter before further action becomes necessary. Until then, I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Hyundai Stevens do their homework and have any vehicle independently inspected before buying. More
I took my 2023 Santa Fe hybrid to their collision center to get an estimate for repair on a Monday morning.After a considerable wait the technician finally acknowledged my presence and treated me very rudel to get an estimate for repair on a Monday morning.After a considerable wait the technician finally acknowledged my presence and treated me very rudely, he also said I would have to come back for an estimate appointment four days later on Thursday afternoon. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was much ruder and uncooperative and told me “ That if you don’t like it,there’s the door “ Because of this treat ment I took my Hyundai to their competitor to have the work done even tho I bought the vehicle at Stevens Point Auto Center. Unless you want to get your vehicle back with a shot battery and then get harassed and accused of nonsense for not returning a phone call with in 4 hours. Which you will hear in the voicemail that was left. I took my vehicle here because I have been having a reoccuring issue with my vehicle that was covered by warranty. Kelly who doesn't even work for the Ford brand was able to pull some strings to get my a loaner. Which I am happy he did considering it sat there for roughly 5 weeks. Same issue was still happening they diagnosed it which ford denied any further help. But I then had to pay the labor to figure out why it was still happening. At this point it is what it is so I paid the 188 dollars. When I went to pick up my car they had to jump it because I am assuming the lights were left on. They jumped it and I headed home the advisor said I should be fine. My car hasn't started since I have to pay for a new battery now it isn't holding a charge which I never had an issue with before this. When I picked up my car I drove the rental there I work normal 8-4 hours everyone was heading out for the day. I had to leave the rental at the collision center as there was damage done by me. By the time I got over to the collision center was closed. As a decent human would do I went to the key drop off box, I filled out the envelope and left my information so they could contact me on Monday for my insurance information. As expected I was called by Stevens Point Auto Center on Monday and answered all the questions I was asked. I didn't hear from them again for two days which I was called two times in the same day one time at 9:34am and 1:14pm. I had a second at work to look through my phone to hear this voicemail. As soon as hearing the message I call back and was greeted with rude accusations. I wish I would have recorded the conversation I had with Mark on the phone but I was not expecting to be disrepected and being called a little girl and need to act like an adult. I also have a voicemail of that. DON'T USE THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!! More
I found the exact car I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Every person I worked with at Stevens Point Auto Center was wonderful and helpful. Numerous issues with this dealership and the previous owners of this dealership. I’ve requested non-solicitation numerous times in the past and still get solicited. I had to go to the attorney general to owners of this dealership. I’ve requested non-solicitation numerous times in the past and still get solicited. I had to go to the attorney general to put it on record that they have ignored non-solicitation. If you requested non-solicitation make sure to do so for all written, emailed, text, and phone solicitation. If they violate file a case. This places deserves to be flagged and next flag will end in a large fine (as long as it is legit). Horrible business practices. More
My daughter bought a car back in April. Had it for less than a month and it left her stranded. They “reset” it (their words) and she got it back a month later. 2 weeks later it broke down a Had it for less than a month and it left her stranded. They “reset” it (their words) and she got it back a month later. 2 weeks later it broke down again. We returned the car and purchased a different car and spent an extra $12,000. Total was $34,000. Less than 6 weeks later that car broke down and needs a new motor. She bought the extended warranties on both cars. They are now trying to charge her over $1500 more to replace the engine AND she will be without a car for up yo 8 weeks. They are wanting to also charge her $38 a day for a loaner vehicle!! I would also like to add that I don’t think anyone that works there knows how to use the company phones. No one can seem to make out going calls to return over 20 voice mails. Do not buy a car from here More
