He was more than happy to call the dealership to speak to Joanne in Service. Long story short, I had an appointment the next morning and my car is driving like new?? In the world we live in, there are not many people who go above and beyond. Most definitely not on a day off from work. Will went out his way to provide above outstanding attention to the problem. We also asked for an estimate for some body work from a fender bender. They made sure it was with my keys upon pick up!! We have been telling our friends about this great service and they become jealous. Keep up the great work!!! Looking forward to many more years with great service from Steven's Ford and Mr. Poole! My husband and girls said "Give him a raise????" More

I wasnt happy after my last visit at another Ford dealer, so I decid I have been a loyal Ford customer for years, and always service at a Ford dealer. I wasnt happy after my last visit at another Ford dealer, so I decided to try Steven's this time. I called ahead for an issue I was having with my F-150. I came in and met Paul. He was great! He explained everything through the whole process, and my truck was done before the estimated time. I'm happy to say I will be back to see Paul and will buy my next truck from Stevens. More

AWFUL SERVICE DEPARTMENT I OWN A LINCOLN MKS,I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH SO MANY TIMES THAT IT WOULD TAKE HOURS TO EXPLAIN MY FULL STORY HOWEVER I JUST WANT TO POINT OUT ACOUPL I OWN A LINCOLN MKS,I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH SO MANY TIMES THAT IT WOULD TAKE HOURS TO EXPLAIN MY FULL STORY HOWEVER I JUST WANT TO POINT OUT ACOUPLE OF REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE. IN 3 MONTHS I HAVE RETURNED TO THIS DEPARTMENT 11 TIMES!!! COME TO FIND OUT ONE MAIN REASON IS BECAUSE THE KID THAT THEY HAD WORKING ON MY 50K DOLLAR VEHICLE HAS NO EXPERIENCE IN THE LINCOLN LINE, I HAVE SPENT ALMOST 4K IN TRYING TO CORRECT A NOISE THAT I STILL HAVE AFTER SPENDING $3,750. A MANAGER NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO SPEAK DIRECTLY WITH ME BUT INSTEAD HAD THE ADVISOR OFFER A SMALL CREDIT FOR SOME DAMAGE THEY CAUSED IN THE PROCESS!! IT WAS SUCH A JOKE THAT I DECIDED NOT TO TAKE THE STEVENS FORD LINCOLN OFFER AND DECIDED TO TAKE IT ELSEWHERE AND PAY FOR TH FULL REPAIR. I ONLY BROUGHT MY LINCOLN TO THE DEALER BECAUSE I EXPECTED PROFESSIONALS TO WORK ON IT AND THAT IS THE REASON WHY YOU PAY ALOT MORE THEN YOUR LOCAL GARAGE OR A CHAIN REPAIR FACILITY. More
