Fast, friendly and honest service department It was a good experience. I had been here a few times before for recall service on my 2006 Tacoma and everything had gone well so I decided to see the It was a good experience. I had a bad sound coming from what I was sure was a bearing in my transmission and was worried about a very expensive repair. I brought it in and told them the symptoms and even discussed what I thought it was. Adam is the technician I communicated with and he said he would have an answer by 5 pm. It was noon. The complimentary shuttle took me back home (one way). Nice driver. Adam called around 4:10 and said it was just a couple loose bolts on the skid plate. They fixed it and only charged the initial diagnostic fee. Everyone there is nice and I left happy. I will return for other services. More

Since I wanted the vehicle early for picking the kids from school, I opted for the 7:30 slot. I called the service number 2 times, requested for callback and no response. I didn't receive even a single update from service advisor until about 5:30 PM. Unless they are not handling work orders in prioritized order in which vehicles were checked-in, there is no way it can cause such delay. I don't believe they haven't delivered other work orders received later during the day. If I had taken the 11:30 slot (4 hours later than 7:30), they would have still returned my vehicle at the same time . Very bad customer service for an "authorized" Toyota dealer. More

First the service department told me that I would need to speak with an advisor who would order the tire and schedule the appointment for installation. The advisor told me that he would call me back but instead I get a call back from the parts department, someone called "Jason". He was extremely rude and said that the advisor was "busy" and I would need to order the part from him and then someone else would schedule the appointment! So, he was trying to pass off the burden to me to have to do their job of coordination! Horrible and rude workers at this shop, avoid!!! More
I do not trust this place I brought a dead key fob. After investigation, they said it is completely broken so I need a new one. So I bought one. After a long service, they (acc I brought a dead key fob. After investigation, they said it is completely broken so I need a new one. So I bought one. After a long service, they (accidentally) gave me the old one which is working. After that, they went back and program my new key remote very quickly. I paid for unnecessary key remote, programing cost and labor. I don't think the old key fob was broken at all. More
Beware! Very crooked people for Service. 1984 Toyota Van was taken in for oil change. They filled with 1.3 quarts more oil than required to fill, and they complained of an oil leak! They told me I needed to do an engine wash and come back to find why oil was leaking! I told them it was too much oil. (They also used the wrong weight of oil). Since then they have used almost every possible means to give me a run around. BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) evaluated the complaint and told me how to drain out the excess oil. They also told me that they have arranged with Barry Dillon, service manager, that he will give me either a free oil change the next time, or a refund on the price of oil. I chose the refund on price of oil, since I did not trust them with service again. I called Barry Dillon, and he never called back. So I sent an email to him, and got back a reply saying that I did not specify what kind of options I wanted on buying a new car! More

Then when we can to pick up the car and keys they lost them and went looking for them for 20 minutes because they lost them like that's terrible and unprofessional. Then they finally found them and gave them back. Then a few weeks later we woke up to both of our cars robbed and pretty much emptied. One of the cars has an alarm so it had to have been them because a car not going off. Concluded that this dealership is messed up and well never go here because this dealership is dishonest. More

Terrible service I had an appointment at 10 am for 15000 miles service. I arrived on time. They took my car and asked me to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours. 3 hou I had an appointment at 10 am for 15000 miles service. I arrived on time. They took my car and asked me to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours. 3 hours later I came back to pick up my car. They hadn't done anything. I had to take my car back and leave. Wasted 4 hours. I called service manager but didn't get a callback. More
