Two bad incidents my daughter and I are done! I’ve been coming to this dealership for years. Brought my daughter to this dealership to buy a new car, even though she could have purchased in Monter I’ve been coming to this dealership for years. Brought my daughter to this dealership to buy a new car, even though she could have purchased in Monterey. Neither of us will be returning again. I tried to bring my car in because I thought something serious was wrong. They said they couldn’t take it even if I left it overnight. Fortunately I made it to Sunnyvale, where they did take it in. Second visit. My daughter brought her car in for warranty service. After they did the service, they convinced her that she had put scratches down the side of her car. She’s young enough to be bullied into just accepting and leaving. The problem is, just before she left for the “service” I was outside literally leaning on her car talking to a neighbor. There were no scratches! I feel terrible because I recommended this dealership and this was her first car. She was taking great care of it. Lesson learned. More

Sloppy service leaving low air pressure and no tire air cap I have reported two issues by calling the customer service that happened to my car after the most recent service on 12/8/2019. After the service, I fo I have reported two issues by calling the customer service that happened to my car after the most recent service on 12/8/2019. After the service, I found out that all four tire caps are missing. None was put back. Then, the next morning, 12/92019, the tire low pressure light went on. I checked the pressure and it was only 19 PSI in the rear left tire. I pumped the air in on the night of the 14th and as of today, 18th, the light has not turned on yet. I am very disappointed in this service because of the two issues. More
Got no call when car was ready Last service was great. This time the service guy said it would be 2 hours and I dropped my car off at 8:30am. I had to call back at 12pm to see if my car was ready to be picked up or not. Never received an update that my car was ready. They rotated my tires and filled up all the air, but they forgot to put back all my tire valves!!! More
