Went to Stevens Creek Toyota mainly to get some follow up information on a new Prius. Was all set to get the Prius at another dealership, but still had more concerns that the first dealership could not answ information on a new Prius. So within a 45 minutes we had a deal. The price was right and the trade in value very fair. Also, Darlene in Finance was very thorough, friendly, and fast. She did not try to push extented warranties, etc. The most pleasant Finance person I have encountered. All in all, a very good experience. More
I went in with literally no credit...and a less than desirable trade in....I got a great price for a great truck...spent about 40 minutes total with all paperwork....done. From the moment I arrived at the Stevens Creek Toyota Service departrment I felt welcome and confident that my car would be cared for and my service needs met for my 20K scheduled maintenance 9 AM appoin Service departrment I felt welcome and confident that my car would be cared for and my service needs met for my 20K scheduled maintenance 9 AM appointment. I also had a minor warranty issue to be addressed on an annoying side airbag cover panel that kept popping off. John Smith, the service tech that immediately greeted me, was very attentive and even though it was his first week working for Toyota, he had the needed service and people skills of a very experienced representative. His printer was not working and could not print out my work order but he handled that minor nuisance professionally and told me to go relax in lounge and he would bring a copy to me which he did promptly. My car was promised to be completed by 11 AM (longer then normal due to the warranty issue), which was fine for me as I had a movie to watch on my Kindle Fire and was delighted to see there were fresh donuts, bagels and cream cheese and of course free coffee. The very comfortable lounge also had several large flat screens to watch news or sports on making it an overall great waiting experience. My car was ready at 11:19, an acceptable margin of difference to the promised time. All work was completed as promised and the bill was about $20 less than expected; a nice surprise. I asked the service manager jokingly that greeted me before checkout, if they had also washed the car as they pulled it out and he discovered they hadn't and ordered it into the car wash...nice, one less thing for me to do that day! Finally, I always enjoy going in to pay my bill as Heather and the cashier staff are always courteous and in fact make paying a bill an enjoyable process and a fun visit. Bottom line is I look forward to my next visit in November which was scheduled in my email before I even left the premises. This dealorship seems rabid about making sure they meet your expectations and even exceed them and follow up with numerous emails of thank yous and survey requests. They truly set the bar very high for other Toyota service departments and far surpass their neighboring dealors on Stevens Creek I have visited who seem bothered by your presence when you come in for service or help. More

Dave was so patient, showing us cars, comparing new and used, making suggestions and in general answering every we had honestly and thoughtfully. It helped us in our decision. Can we do no money down...What down payment was the right amount and why... We knew Gary was right and made us feel comfortable as we made each decision throughout the process. Danny in Finance knows his stuff incredibly well. By looking at my trade in, he knew I put a lot of miles on my car and was able to secure a 5 year/100k mile warranty and GAP protection AND a lower interest rate from the first pass to the final arrangement we went with. Simply put, the best car buying experience we've ever had. Thanks guys. More
Changed synthetic oil on my Prius without appointment while I got lunch at nearby Togo's - $69.95. Washed very dirty car and checked tire pressure without charge. Rotation would have cost. In less than 15 minutes Derek made the deal over the phone. Other dealerships I had contacted were taking days trying to put something together for us, and at ridiculous interest rates. We got the old “come on in and we can talk about it.” Stevens Creek Toyota gave us a great deal, a very reasonable interest rate, and worked with us on everything and the deal was done depending on if we liked the car or not. You would think that we had AAA credit and were return customers the way they treated us. When we went down to get the car we were amazed at the condition of the car. It is an 07 and looks like a 2012. And they gave us an amazing price on top of it all. We checked the car out, started it and were ready to sign the papers. They didn’t ask, they insisted that we test drive the car to be sure we would be happy with it. While we were talking to Derek, Jason was busy getting the paperwork set to go. He had everything organized so all we had to do is sign. He explained everything to us in a way that we didn’t have to ask that many questions. This was undoubtedly the most pleasant experience we have ever had buying a car. We will definitely go back to Stevens Creek Toyota when we need another car. More
Randy Burstein advised me to fix the sensor airbag light which was continuously on. He advised me of possible expenses before he proceeded with the work. The expense was minimal, and I feel safer knowing the airbag could possibly malfunction if not fixed. According to someone, it may have been okay not to fix it, but it bothered me just to see the light, and I would rather be safe than sorry. I am new to Toyota, as I recently bought one. My children have Toyotas, and I have watched the service they receive at Toyota. In my case, "the grass is greener" at Toyota so far. Again, Randy was superb. More
