Was hesitant to take my car back to a dealer for service because dealerships seem to be more expensive. Anyway, that's what I learned from my previous experience with a Ford Dealer. So, when my Prius lights went flaky, we waited a long time, checked the fuses and bulbs ourselves and finally went to Stevens Creek Toyota. The work was done in a timely manner, for HALF the price of my previous experience and THEY EVEN WASHED THE CAR! That never happened at Ford. Next time, I will not wait so long. We'll take it right in! The waiting room has all been redone and there's a salt-water fish tank that's more entertaining than any TV screen. We shopped the dealership floor and the accessories in the service department. Bathrooms were clean; there are vending machines, lots of leather-like chairs, 2 TV's and free WiFi and coffee.
