I could make an informed decision. Coming to the pricing, they were upfront in explaining how pricing works in US (myself being new to US), giving me the best deal. I should appreciate they were quite flexible in giving me different options on financing part and I could pick the one best suited for me. Coming to the paper work, it was all done in a very short time. They explained well everything in the contract, servicing options available. And the delivery was perfect. They also suggested me the right car insurance which also turned out a good deal. If someone is looking for a good deal and great customer experience, this is the place to go. More
An overall great experience buying a car from Stevens Creek Toyota. In contrast to other dealerships, there were no games at all. On my way out the door, he indicated that he could take a couple of thousand off of the sticker price. On Wednesday of the following week, I visited a total of 3 dealerships to get their best offer on the same make/model/options, etc. Capitol Toyota quickly gave me a number with no pressure. Piercy Toyota started the games ("Let me see what I can convince my manager", "What would it take to get you into this car tonight", "I'm on your side here", etc.) and came back several times with prices higher than Capitol, despite being told that Capitol had already beat their price (Maybe they didn't believe me!). Then I went to Stevens Creek Toyota. I told them what I wanted to pay. They came back $500 higher. (Still less than the Capitol price) I asked them to drop it by $150, and they did immediately. Told them I needed to check with the wife, and they jumped straight to my offering price. Total time required to get to my desired price: 20minutes. I HATE the games that some dealers play (Piercy), and Stevens Creek didn't even try that. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. For the first time, I don't feel cheated. More
I was sold a car without a spare key. I knew about that only after I actually bought the car. I asked how this issue could be solved and haven't hear from them since. I decided it was time for a new car, I have owned Toyota's my whole life and I new I would purchase another. I went to my local Toyota dealership (not Stevens Creek Toyota) and had decided on a Tund Toyota's my whole life and I new I would purchase another. I went to my local Toyota dealership (not Stevens Creek Toyota) and had decided on a Tundra. The experience was less than pleasant. The salesman was new and knew nothing about trucks and the manager was all about how we can sell this truck to you "now". However, they had a truck that met my requirements and I was going to purchase it (however, I told him I would be back tomorrow).....however, on my way to a friends house, the next day, I passed by Stevens Creek Toyota, really only to look and compare. That is when Sam Rad found me. He was exuberant, funny and incredibly knowledgeable. He showed me everything they had, and what they could get for me and Because of Sam I literally bought the car that day from Stevens Creek Toyota. The process of the purchase was just as friendly....while it may have took a little longer than I would have liked, everyone from the managers to the finance personal to the service manager were fabulous, friendly and truly looking to make me feel like I was the ONLY one who mattered. Stevens Creek Toyota is a fabulous place to purchase your vehicle, you will not be disappointed......especially if you find Sam Rad and have him help you with your decision! The only downside is that Sam promised to throw in "Nemo" ( A clownfish in their new beautiful saltwater aquarium)......somehow I walked out the door without him....Sam, if you see me walk in with net...lock the aquarium doors! Stevens Creek Toyota has consistently given me outstanding service. When my brand new 2010 Prius was stolen and vandalized just a few months after I bought it, they worked on it for weeks and bro outstanding service. When my brand new 2010 Prius was stolen and vandalized just a few months after I bought it, they worked on it for weeks and brought it back to perfection. And most recently, last week one of the headlights burnt out and I had to bring it in for replacement (unfortunately, headlights on a Prius are not an easy fix as they are on other cars). I tried to make an appointment to get it done but they had none left. The service person said to go ahead and try bringing the car in anyway. When I did so, they were absolutely swamped, with cars scheduled from the previous day still in queue for servicing. Yet, somehow they got me in and had the simple fix done in just over an hour and a half. The part was just a touch on the pricey side at $30 for the light (I tried to bring in my own light from an auto store, but turns out they sold me the wrong one). But still, I'd highly recommend them. It's best to make an appointment, and their online reservation system makes it simple. This is a place I intend to continue patronizing. Thanks, Stevens Creek! Sam Rad was out salesman and was cheerful and helpful without being pushy. If he didn't know the answer (because it was his first day back after a year's absence) he went to find it promptly. He answered all our questions honestly and did not pressure us to buy. His supervisor, Terry Chan, was also very helpful and courteous. Joseph Wei, the Sales Manager, helped me with a problem I had after I bought the car and rectified the problem. I can't remember the Finance person's name but he was very helpful when I told him I had to hurry the process because I had another engagement. The service person (Eric) expedited my getting a rental car. Everyone was friendly, courteous, gave us the best deal possible and made us feel good about the car purchase. More
