I scheduled a service for today, May 29th, 2013 at 2:30 PM. I arrived on time and someone came to ask me what I needed. I told him that the car needed service and showed him the appointment print out. H PM. I arrived on time and someone came to ask me what I needed. He proceeded to ask me the name of the advisor and since it was not written on the appointment confirmation and I did not remember he went to get the first available advisor. So here comes Nick Taylor asking really loud what I needed (even when the other fellow had already told him and gave him the appointment print out I brought with me) so I told him that the car was due for service. He got the information he needed from the car and we proceeded to his desk. I asked him how much would the service be and he said $69.95. I asked him if he could offer me an additional discount to which he replied that this amount was already the discounted price. Then I asked him how long will it take since I had a 4:00 PM appointment. With a very rough tone of voice and an unfriendly face he told me that it will take an hour and a half and that the car will be done by 4:15 PM. I then asked him if there was the possibility to have it done within the hour because I needed to be at my appointment at 4:00 PM, to which he replied in a very firm and again unfriendly voice, "this is what it is $69.95 in a 1.5 hour, you want to take it or you want to leave?" At that moment I decided to keep cool because I really wanted my car serviced. So I said that it was fine, that I would be waiting at the waiting room and that if by any chance the car could get done earlier to please come and tell me. So he then again repeated his same predicament of the money and the hour. He gave me the customer copy with the estimate and I just said thank you and left to the waiting room. I waited until almost 4:30 PM and this guy never came to tell me anything about my car. So I went to his desk and he was MIA. I asked the lady who was sitting next to him where Nick was and said that he had left and was planning on returning sometime before 6:00 PM. She offered to help me when she was done with a customer, so I waited for her. Then she came and searched in the computer and could not find my information. She looked for the paperwork Nick had filled out and did not find it either. She went to the back to try to find it and she did not find anything. At that moment I was getting a bit upset and told her that I was counting on Nick keeping his word, especially after being so rude letting me know that it was 4:15 PM or to take a hike (my words). I then went to the back where cars are being fixed and in that moment, around 4:35 PM, I saw my car being lifted to be worked on. Then the lady advisor asked the mechanic if he was just beginning to work on it to which he replied yes. So that did it. I wasted my afternoon for nothing. I told them that I wanted my car. She pulled it out of the station and when I went to get into my car and noticed that my floor mat was not there. Then she said that it was in my back seat. I had boxes for my work with delicate product on it and those morons placed the dirty mat on them. I took my car and left. In all the years that I have been servicing my car at this dealership I have never encounter such an incompetent advisor as Nick Taylor. It was quite obvious that he has an unprofessional work ethic and he let any issues in his life to affect the work he does, because I see no reason why he treated me this way. Did he get upset because I was just asking for and additional discount and an hour window to have the car ready? He really showed up his true colors for sure. The lack of professionalism, education and just simply courtesy are very evident. If Toyota Service could not do the work as promised he could have come to tell me or at least call me on my cell to let me know. I really feel that this was all done on purpose but I cannot find a reason why... So Stevens Creek Toyota you get a bag full of sh*** from me this time. Perhaps you can offer some sort of customer training to your people so they learn how to treat everyone equally and to be professional and friendly. More
Ever since I purchased my Toyota Highlander in 2008, I have taken my car to Stevens Creek Toyota for servicing. The service has always been friendly and the workmanship excellent. On 5/21/2013, I took the car in for its 90,000 miles service which includes replace the timing belt. I also needed to replace the water pump. The work was done the same day I took it in. The service agent, John Smith took a Toyota coupon I had previously received in the mail as well as other discounts to reduce my bill by $200, which I welcomed. A clerical error was made on my Visa charge which I failed to detect. However, before I got home Toyota called to tell me of the mistake. The next morning, I returned and met with John Smith who had been notified of the mistake. The mistake was immediately corrected. I can't praise John Smith and Stevens Creek Toyota enough for the service I received. Thank you Steven Creek Toyota. More
When we visited this dealership, we initially only wanted to test drive the Rav4. It was our third brand that day. We got to drive the car with no pressure whatsoever from the salesperson. After driving the car, we liked it better than any other brand we had tried. Through a Consumers Report car buying program, I was guaranteed a certain price for the same car at another dealership that was 50 miles away. Our salesperson was able to match that price. We were very pleased since Stevens Creek Toyota is fairly close to our home. Everyone that we dealt with at Stevens Creek Toyota was courteous and professional. For once, buying a car didn't feel like such a huge ongoing ordeal! We were quite satisfied with our whole car buying experience. Oh, and I love the fish tank in the customer lounge! More

Even after quoting the wrong price, the dealer stuck to the price and gave the car in the price they had initially committed. Customer friendly, outright honest and admit mistakes. I have been going in for service here at Stevens Creek Toyota for 6 years. The service rep is ALWAYS VERY courteous and respectful. Options for additional service are sometimes given but NO PRESSURE is Toyota for 6 years. The service rep is ALWAYS VERY courteous and respectful. A sticker is ALWAYS put on my windshield to remind me when to return for service and my odometer is also always set to remind me of service on the odometer display. The lobby where I wait is great for working while I wait because they have wireless service. With the morning news on the TV, coffee, donuts and bagels with cream cheese, waiting is VERY convenient. I don't use the shuttle because the car is usually ready so fast. Sometimes 90 minutes. Most times they even wash my car! Only one time something was not done quite right and I had to return, but they met me with a smile and fixed it right a way. This was an exception and usually the work is done right the first time. I would recommend this dealer for your service. More

I was greeted at the parking lot by Alex and asked what I'm looking for, after telling what I want he introduced me to Rene and it happens that he is a fellow Pilipino. We test drive and then Rene start the paper works and negotiation, in less than fifteen (15) minutes we settle for the price that I offered. Wait few hours to clean and prepare my Tacoma and drive it home happy and satisfied. I recomend this dealership and asked for Alex and Rene. More
No car purchase is completely painless, but this was about as close as you can get. I talked with Alex on the phone. He got back to me quickly with a good/fair price. Several other dealers I talked with failed to even get back to me, let alone get back to me with a price. Upon arriving at the dealer, Alex was waiting. We took the car for a test drive and began the paperwork. There was no arm twisting, renegotiating price, or attempts to up-sell add-ons. I waited for the car to be washed and prepped and was on my way. It still took a couple hours, but that seems normal. I would recommend the dealer and salesman to anyone. I love the Prius V. More
I had a great experience buying my new Rav4. Jason worked very hard to get me an outstanding price for my new car and my trade in. Sonny was great in getting through all the paperwork quickly and coming up w very hard to get me an outstanding price for my new car and my trade in. Sonny was great in getting through all the paperwork quickly and coming up with terrific financing at a spectacular rate. Shane in the service department helped solve a minor cosmetic issue for me. All in all a great experience and I would recommend Stevens Creek Toyota to anyone. More
