I had a very disappointing experience during my recent vehicle service. I dropped my vehicle off for servicing and arrived at the service center an hour after receiving the service completion message. Upo vehicle service. I dropped my vehicle off for servicing and arrived at the service center an hour after receiving the service completion message. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait for 5 minutes—but that wait extended to over an hour. Eventually, I realized that the staff member who had acknowledged me had already left for the day without letting me know of delay. I have contacted another employee to handle my case, and I came to the frustrating conclusion that I had waited for over an hour unnecessarily. This level of miscommunication and lack of responsibility is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer service standards. More
