Customer Service - would give it 6/5 stars if i could! I visited a few different dealerships before walking into Steven's Creek. I was instantly impressed. I really appreciated how he and the rest of the guys took care of financing my new car & trading in my old car despite confusing name-changes/court documents & out of state title/registration issues. As a transgender person it can be very intimidating walking into a car dealership or applying for a loan, especially when your name/gender marker is different on certain documents. The guys at Steven's Creek used my correct name & never made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. They took care to make sure it was a stressless process for me and my family. I was extremely impressed by their courtesy, professionalism, and respectfulness. They were helpful and kind and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or trade in a vehicle. Their head of financing was the sweetest person and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had, never making me feel dumb for not knowing something! This was the first time I had applied for a loan, as I'm fresh our of college & haven't built up much credit yet. I felt confident in their expertise and that they would help negotiate a fair deal on my behalf with the lenders. This is my first Subaru but it definitely won't be my last!
