This is the worst service center for Kia very unprofessional , messed up my new Kia that’s only a year old now it is leaking oil , and the service advisor Alex wouldn’t even listen to me as a cus unprofessional , messed up my new Kia that’s only a year old now it is leaking oil , and the service advisor Alex wouldn’t even listen to me as a customer, his response was they are not liable for it so now I’m stuck paying for a oil plan replacement . The reviews here are very bad for for the service and I don’t think they give a $**t either . I had to call Kia corporate to file a complaint on them Just know if they mess up on your car they will not fix anything . More
I am updating my prior 5-star review for service at the Stevens Creek KIA for our first Sorento back in October 2017. We have since gotten a second Sorento, and we will continue with doing all of our maint Stevens Creek KIA for our first Sorento back in October 2017. We have since gotten a second Sorento, and we will continue with doing all of our maintenance through the dealership. We have found our experiences with the service department to be excellent, each and every visit. It is always easy to schedule a convenient appointment. Daniel and Lizzette are very knowledgeable and I appreciate that they have been able to aid us in keeping our Sorento maintained without paying for unnecessary service. With COVID, we have been working from home and driving far less than before. I’ve had my Sorento for a year and I haven’t even hit 9k miles. Even though the schedule called for a 15k interval service, Lizzette recommended the usual maintenance service of oil change and tire rotation. She even applied the online coupon price for me! I also appreciate that the Service Department is taking so many precautions to keep customers and their employees safe. Everyone is always wearing masks properly, and they always return a clean car to me. 5 stars! More
Hello Mr. Tony my name is Agustín I am writing to you why I am very upset with the treatment the lack of professionalism of the Kia service today I took my 2017 Kia sporage truck with only 35000 miles I had I am very upset with the treatment the lack of professionalism of the Kia service today I took my 2017 Kia sporage truck with only 35000 miles I had a drop of oil underneath they charged me 250 dollars just for a 20 minute service they did not repair the vehicle Erin told me so many false things I felt cheated the only thing my vehicle had was the loose filter and I needed an oil change which ended up giving an estimated 8400 dollars change the engine I am very annoying I do not recommend Kia to anyone I hope and contact me to explain better Thank you Agustí More

WORST KIA SERVICE CENTER EVER!!!! I took a 2014 kia soul there for a warranty issue, the engine shakes really bad when the car is idleing and in gear with your foot on the brake pedal, I took a 2014 kia soul there for a warranty issue, the engine shakes really bad when the car is idleing and in gear with your foot on the brake pedal, when you take your foot off of the brake pedal the engine rpm rises about 100 rpm and the engine smooths out. Kia's service center even showed me this, they know that there is a problem but B/S me for over a year until the car was out of warranty and then told me that the car was out of warranty and that they were cleaning the case and that it was not going to be looked at anymore. The service manager did nothing but make up lies on why the car shakes and kia backs up all of his B/S. This place is so bad that after one of the services I had to go back to the service center to have them put on a part in the engine compartment that they forgot off. Kia's customers service is just as bad or worse then their maintenance service center all that they do for you is NOTHING. KIA HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST CAR MANUFACTURER EVER. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM KIA More

Very respectful and kind to my wife. The manager Ray was great in showing my wife the service center as I was at work and my concern for her is very strong after 34 years.
