I had work to do on my laptop, and the gentleman rolled out a higher desk for my comfort. I had a phone call and the same gentleman was so thoughtful to turn the tv off so I could hear better. He explained my service and before and after very well. The lady at checkout was so kind and efficient. She even got up from behind her desk to walk me out to my car. I appreciate effort they took to go above and beyond. Left the place feeling like a VIP. I will only go to Stevens Creek Kia for all my service needs. Thnx guys!! More

Kia lost 2 stars because Manager did not give the best deal in first day and they tried to sell the car with almost 2x more expensive so I got better deal from another dealership and Stevens KIA beat them. I got almost half price after negotiating. I may lease or buy again here if they will not make the same mistake next time. I will update this review if they give me better service in during next 3 years First Update: They lost another 2 star since their customer service is awful, I used online chat several times and assistant told me they will call me asap, I chat with them and I never received any phone call from them after 11 days. I called to them and Patricia answered the phone. Her cellphone ringed 2 times and she put me on hold for answering her personal cellphone. I waited for 5 mins in first hold and I waited for another 5 mins in second hold and after 2 holds she asked me " How can I help you?" I answer, I did not received my leasing paperwork and statements so I do not know how to pay my monthly leasing. Patricia said Rob will call you asap after making me wait for 10 mins. So I got the same answer from Patricia after 11 days! and they are still saying they will call me, but They will not. I think it was a mistake to lease car here. More
Bait and Switch Kia. Really unfortunate experience due to questionable sales practices. After not being able to come to an agreement at the dealer, the internet sales Really unfortunate experience due to questionable sales practices. After not being able to come to an agreement at the dealer, the internet sales manager reached out to me and over a week of communication was able to present two deals that were close to my goal. Upon digging into the offers it was obvious the sales price was above my stated goal but they planned to use warranty offers to make it all work. After final back and forth I was willing to accept one of the offers to make a deal only to find out that their leadership after researching other dealer inventory further had decided to change the offer and raise the price significantly. "Until you sign the paper I have every right to do this." was the statement from the General Manager (who must be tired from responding to all of the similar reviews online that reaffirm these practices). The experience truly was a shining example of why other dealerships with non-commissioned salespeople and on-line best and final prices are doing so well. In fact, there is a great dealership within 5 miles of this location I have used for service for years (I am a current Kia owner) and they do a great job, I suggest you go there and avoid Stevens Creek Kia and these type of bait and switch tactics. More

Kia Sportage EX Successful Buying Experience Personally, I liked that there weren't any games. I had a price in mind, and if Stevens Creek Kia was going to meet that.... we had a deal. I had fu Personally, I liked that there weren't any games. I had a price in mind, and if Stevens Creek Kia was going to meet that.... we had a deal. I had fully researched the make/model I wanted to purchase before car shopping, and therefore I already knew what kind of deal could be worked out between us. And you met me halfway - I couldn't ask for anything more professional and respectful than that! And that couldn't have happened without Mark Pagan, Mo and team. Mo took me on my test drive, and was super calm, relaxed and was ok with me gauging different speed types and testing the control/alignment. Which I greatly appreciated. Mark was super easy to work with, didn't try the 'hard sale' overly much, didn't try to talk me into another vehicle, and genuinely appeared like he wanted me to leave your dealership in a sold vehicle. He 'read me' as his customer, and I think he did a great job. I would work with him again, and I would recommend your dealership to my friends. That's the best mark of approval businesses can ask for in this day and age. Well done! More
Fun and exceptional Buying Experience First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afterno First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny! When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair. The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships). I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia. More
