This was my first vehicle purchase, and I had been dealing with dealers playing markup games, ad-ons, etc. while trying to find an EV I wanted. Steven's Creek had good reviews online and was nearby, so I gave them a shot. I started with Abe K, who setup my test drive and got me started on my purchase, including initial negotiations. While I clearly stated I was not looking or able to walk out the door with a vehicle that day, he did rush me to the finance office. However, when I reiterated I was not ready to close a deal, he and the finance manager immediately backed off and let me put a deposit on the vehicle, as I wanted to take a day to think things over. I came back and worked with Kevin Hong to go back over the numbers of the deal, who was very nice, but felt I would be better off speaking with the GM, Tony Khatib. Tony took time with me to go over every number, explain everything, and even sweetened the deal to make it so I walked out with what I felt was a good purchase. Low-pressure, friendly staff, no games. If I stay in the market for a Kia later, Steven's Creek will be my first stop. More
Such a great experience! Mark and team were wonderful . Mark helped us out with out beautiful new 2023 Telluride. He was personable, kind, and very knowledgeable about cars. We appreciated Mark Pagan's K5 product knowledge in guiding us through the options, professionalism, friendly manner, and frequent updates on our K5's delivery. Everyone we met at the store was pleasant and provided excellent customer service. It's so refreshing to be given service like this. If we decide to buy another Kia in the future, we will go back to Stevens Creek Kia. More
This is the worst service center for Kia very unprofessional , messed up my new Kia that’s only a year old now it is leaking oil , and the service advisor Alex wouldn’t even listen to me as a cus unprofessional , messed up my new Kia that’s only a year old now it is leaking oil , and the service advisor Alex wouldn’t even listen to me as a customer, his response was they are not liable for it so now I’m stuck paying for a oil plan replacement . The reviews here are very bad for for the service and I don’t think they give a $**t either . I had to call Kia corporate to file a complaint on them Just know if they mess up on your car they will not fix anything . More

We have found our experiences with the service department to be excellent, each and every visit. It is always easy to schedule a convenient appointment. Daniel and Lizzette are very knowledgeable and I appreciate that they have been able to aid us in keeping our Sorento maintained without paying for unnecessary service. With COVID, we have been working from home and driving far less than before. I’ve had my Sorento for a year and I haven’t even hit 9k miles. Even though the schedule called for a 15k interval service, Lizzette recommended the usual maintenance service of oil change and tire rotation. She even applied the online coupon price for me! I also appreciate that the Service Department is taking so many precautions to keep customers and their employees safe. Everyone is always wearing masks properly, and they always return a clean car to me. 5 stars! More
We leased a car through Kia and they sold us the $1000 coverage that includes all damages. We had no nicks, damage etc when we turned it in several thousand miles before the limit. They charged us a $4 coverage that includes all damages. We had no nicks, damage etc when we turned it in several thousand miles before the limit. They charged us a $400 drop fee when we returned it (we drove it to them) made us wait for ever to drop off the keys and then charged us $355 for excessive wear and tear. When we called to clear it up they sent us to a 3rd party debt collector. They are a complete scam when it comes to leasing cars. Do not lease through Kia. More
Hello Mr. Tony my name is Agustín I am writing to you why I am very upset with the treatment the lack of professionalism of the Kia service today I took my 2017 Kia sporage truck with only 35000 miles I had I am very upset with the treatment the lack of professionalism of the Kia service today I took my 2017 Kia sporage truck with only 35000 miles I had a drop of oil underneath they charged me 250 dollars just for a 20 minute service they did not repair the vehicle Erin told me so many false things I felt cheated the only thing my vehicle had was the loose filter and I needed an oil change which ended up giving an estimated 8400 dollars change the engine I am very annoying I do not recommend Kia to anyone I hope and contact me to explain better Thank you Agustí More

Unprofessional finance manger . Watch out when they run your credit, they try 5 different banks and your credit will slop down.
