Horrible. It has been over 7 weeks since my wife and I bought a 2018 Infinity QX80 from Stevens Creek Infinity. The salesperson, Mac, was fine (not great), however once we negotiated a bit (including them bought a 2018 Infinity QX80 from Stevens Creek Infinity. The salesperson, Mac, was fine (not great), however once we negotiated a bit (including them throwing in a small bottle of touch up paint) and agreed to purchase, we sat for 3 hours "waiting on the finance person." I threatened to leave after 2 hours, but promised "any minute she'll be ready." Then again 30 mins later (and same promise), then finally 3 hours... I finally went to the finance manager's office myself, saw no client - she was evidently making us wait while she we doing paperwork... wow. I asked her directly how much longer. She also told me, coldly, to wait, not answering my question. That's it, I'm done at this point. I expressed my frustration to the salesperson, admittedly my tone wasn't so quiet and nice as he begged us to stay (poor guy probably first commission he'd seen in a while). Alex, the General Manager, came over, asked me to (once again, can you believe it?) "wait just a little bit longer” - this time which I refused, telling him sorry but I'm not going to let him or anyone waste my valuable time. Surprisingly, he rose his voice and told us to "get out of my dealership!" To which I responded, walking out, “Jesus, really?! This is the way you do business?? I'm going to tell you aren't going to sell too many cars with that attitude." I turned and walked to the door to leave. At the door Alex ran over and apologized, promised to make it right and got us in with the finance manager (who still seemed too busy with her paperwork, but yielded). Alex authorized her to take a few dollars off the price of the car. At this point I was willing to get bygones and not write a negative review. So, 90 mins later (antiquated dot matrix, painstakingly manual finance process) we went to receive the car. Only one key FOB, and no owners manual - which they promised they would mail to us, along with that touch up paint we were promised. Long story short, we never received any of it (the touch up paint, the owners manual or the key fob) despite a series of unanswered emails (3 emails), two letters, and three phone calls. No exaggerating here. We even stopped by unannounced one Friday mid-afternoon a few weeks later, but the place was a ghost town - not a single person anywhere in site - except a disinterested older salesman at the Stevens Nissan used car lot next door, who didn’t have any idea where anyone on the floor might be, not was he interested in paging or finding out for us. I’ve given up, I went ahead and got my own key FOB ($400) and touch up paint that was promised but never arrived. Safe to say, I would give negative stars if I could. AVOID, AVOID. Worst car buying experience in my 40+ years of buying (maybe 10) cars. BTW I’m sending a copy of this review to Nissan Motors North America. They need to replace management or shut this dealership down. More
