oil change took too long! i had an appointment for a oil change on my corvette,8am on a Saturday morning. My car wasn't ready till after 11:30am. Also $90+ is a little too steep for a oil change there? however,no problems there with the staff or work they conducted on my car. More

I got a great deal on the new 2016 Corvette Z51 I purchased from them last summer, and I actually enjoyed the whole buying process (a first for me!). So far, all my service and warranty work has been performed by Momentum and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Everyone is very friendly, professional and dedicated to getting the job done right, and done right on time. In particular my Service Advisor, Taalib Jabbar, has really gone out of his way to make sure I'm totally satisfied. He's very knowledgeable and really dedicated to customer satisfaction. He is very professional in his interactions with me, some of the issues I reported, he took it upon himself to evaluate and reported the results to me, it proved to me that he has studied the GM BOLT EV and understands all the nuances (impressive).. Because of Taalib, I will be transferring my Service for my OTHER Chevy (Chev Volt) to Momentum for service from now on. I am also impressed with Julia who greeted me when I pulled up, so professional in dealing with customers, I also told her I would let her management know how pleasnt and hassle-free my visit was with Momentum Service...Please thank Taalib for us (Rn and Mariam) ... DESERVES A ZERO STAR RATING! My Husband and I have bought 2 cars, Tahoe and a Chevy Malibu from this dealership previously known as Courtesy Chevrolet. Both lemons! This dealer does the minimum work when issues arise and is infamous for in waiting until warranties run out. No communication from Service Manager on questions on simple matters. The only thing I can say is the only momentum they provide is nightmarish! More

MICHAEL in the service department was AMAZING My engine light went on as I was coming down the hill from Santa Cruz mountains from being at camp with 5th graders. Michael worked with my road side My engine light went on as I was coming down the hill from Santa Cruz mountains from being at camp with 5th graders. Michael worked with my road side assistance person and together calmed me down and got me to the dealership safely. He was there waiting for me and gave me FIRST RATE caring attention. I did not wait for hours or even minutes. He took care of me emotionally (I was a basket case) and had my loaner car ready in minutes. I had all the teachers (3) luggage in the car and Michael had folks move that over to the loaner car so I could return it to those teachers and it was done with a smile and some laughs in minutes. He googled how to get the rest of the way home and went out of his way to make me feel better. AND I might add it was a Friday at 3:00!!! We will take our cars to Momentum from now on for needed service. More
