I asked for 5000 mile service and replacement for all wiper blades. The works was performed satisfactorily, but, I did not realized that the rear wiper blade was not replace. The work order did state rep wiper blades. The works was performed satisfactorily, but, I did not realized that the rear wiper blade was not replace. The work order did state replacement of windshield wiper blades only. I should have looked at the work order and asked for inclusion of rear wiper blade, too. A day or two later I called service department and left message that I want that done, too. I am still waiting for call from them to fix it. If the replacing wiper blade does not require special equipment and I could do it myself then I will buy it from your parts department. As your report stated that this is an important piece, I like to get it done as soon as possible. More
Professional and competent I take my Corvette there because their mechanics are top notch. Terrible service - both times Ok. So I typically don’t leave reviews and if I do, it is good. But, the first time I took my car in for service I got my car back with a nail in it. Ok. So I typically don’t leave reviews and if I do, it is good. But, the first time I took my car in for service I got my car back with a nail in it. They denied that it could have happened, even though my car was still on the lot with the record showing the car had no nail in it with the initial drop off ! I kept the nail in the tire as the tires are self sealing (awesome!) so I was able to drive with it for 6 months - filling up air pressure every few weeks or so. I took it in last weekend for the next 6 month check up and asked them not to remove the nail. They also needed to do software updates. I get the car back and it has a flat tire within a day!! I called back and spoke to both managers. No one will admit fault!!! This is super shady, and I would NOT recommend anyone going here for service! I mean, to go in for simple service and have it messed with your tire is crazy! There was a second nail in my tire! It is a disgrace. They said to contact them on the review I left, but all the managers would offer is for me to pay $200 for a new tire. Nope. Not from here. Shady business. More
Eating a key fob Had to buy a new key fob because the service center, mechanics, and programmers didn't they couldn't reprogram 1 key fob until after they tried it and Had to buy a new key fob because the service center, mechanics, and programmers didn't they couldn't reprogram 1 key fob until after they tried it and every light on my dashboard stayed on,,undriveable, single fob couldn't be reprogrammed, had to buy a new one so they could do two, there mistake my 220 bucks, service manager said he wasn't eating a key fob, instead let his customer eat 220 bucks, and corporate refused to do anything when I filed a complaint, last time I buy an American made car More
Bad place for repair I got my car repaired here. Car repair service is very expensive. Service guy did not pick up my phone call and when he called me when the car is read I got my car repaired here. Horrible Service but nice service reps This dealership has nice service reps but HORRIBLE SERVICE. Standard maintenance (under warranty) is not taken care of. Specifically rotating the tires or even filling them with proper tire pressure. Basic stuff that will prolong the life of the car and it's parts are not taken care of. Most recently----I've taken by 2014 Chevy Volt in three times in the past year for battery issues (charging only 52%-75%). The first time they checked the cord and replaced it as faulty. The 2nd time I took it in for the same issue they actually did nothing but test for faulty codes (none found). They didn't even keep it plugged in over night to see for themselves. The 3rd time I brought the car in for charging issues they had the car for over 24 hours and the car battery charged to 33 miles. It should charge to 40 miles of potential usage.... Here is where it gets crazy. The service reps kept repeating that the car is fully charged at 33 miles. Over and over again he states this to me but clearly the car is not fully charged unless it gets to 40. My car has only 28k miles on it so it should get the full charge and depending on my driving style I should get close to 40 miles of driving range. I like the Volt very much and it has been reliable but Momentum Chevrolet is horrible at servicing cars in my opinion and I will never take my car here again nor will I buy another Chevrolet from this dealership. If you don't like being taken advantage of nor being lied to I recommend staying a way form this dealership and going to one that actually cars about their customers. More
