Purchased a new 2022 high end truck, sales tried to jack the price 10k over msrp, shut that down. Then onto service which started well with a really good advisor, then that fell off the rails, forgetting ap the price 10k over msrp, shut that down. I reached out to the general manager, (useless) the lack for communication starts from the top down, now I see the issue is with the GM Scott J, he provides lip service by replying to negative reviews online like this one! I think that’s his only job as it’s sure not responding to dissatisfied customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, there’s plenty of others to choose from. More

The Service Manager was helpful. Realizing how anxious I was, he explained with sensitivity the high cost of repair. Outlining all of my options. In regards the mechanic shop I’m very disappointed I spend more than $7000.00 an my issue with evac system was not fixed took the car back twice an last time I brought it back Dey told me that I needed spend more than $7000.00 an my issue with evac system was not fixed took the car back twice an last time I brought it back Dey told me that I needed to spend another’s $8000.00 to fix the problem I took to. An independent mechanic an fixed the issue for $700.00 An mention I did not needed to replaced all the thing you guys did my understanding is that your technician is just guessing, what’s parts he need to be replaced. Have found Stevens Creek Chevrolet to be professional and timely in repairs to my car. My car "died an untimely death" on a Saturday morning. Called the dealership and spoke to someone who set me up with a timely in repairs to my car. My car "died an untimely death" on a Saturday morning. Called the dealership and spoke to someone who set me up with an appointment on the following Monday. I asked to speak to a service writer regarding the repairs and was told someone would call me later in the day. Never heard from anyone. The tow truck driver was unable to jump start the car so he helped me get the car back in the driveway and said he would return on Monday morning to tow the car to the dealership. Called them on Monday morning and was told I did not need to be with the car and someone would call me after it arrived. A service writer (Jesika) called, got the information she needed, told me the minimum charge for diagnosing and proceeded with my car's repairs. More
