@ Scott Jobe We have discussed the poor service provided at your dealership previously face to face and no improvements have been made. This last visit has been the worst repair service I have ever experienced (dealer or private shop) and has left me to no longer consider a GM vehicle reliable enough to own. The lack of support and service from your dealership and GM on a vehicle that has a large amount of manufacture issues (new DEF system, two new torque converters, new transmission, new thermostat, and multiple other warranty covered items) leads me to believe that GM is back in the 80's and no longer cares about quality and reliability of their vehicles. Stevens Creek Chevrolet has had multiple opportunities to "make it right" and has always chosen the worst option for me (the customer) and the best for itself. You have my contact information and I reached out to discuss with no response, so if you wanted to make this right you would have . . . your response is all for show with no substance of real care.

Please do something about your service department. For the longest time, Stevens Creek Chevy's service department were fantastic comparing to other Chevy dealers! I don't know what happened but I'm at the point where I no longer trust you guys. My biggest gripe is returning my car in worst condition than prior. This part bothers me a lot. As stated above, I only had 1 TPS out. When you returned it to me, the remaining 3 were also out. I can remember 2 other instances prior where you return my car in worst condition than it was brought in. One of them was the center armrest's latch. Your technician somehow broke it during either a warranty service or recall service. I took the car back and you guys were able to fix that of course. The other was a warranty service on door locks. Your team had to take the door apart to replace the bad door lock motor. In the process, the driver side door's airtight seal was broken, causing massive wind noise at freeway speed. I should have taken it back to you to get it fixed but failed to. Obviously, things should not be worst shape when one takes their car to service. I'm afraid to bring my car to you guys now.
