Leased Bolt last week. Great experience. With all incentives and rebates, it was a great price. Alex follow up and guide us if we have any questions or concerns. incentives and rebates, it was a great price. Alex follow up and guide us if we have any questions or concerns. More
Fast and no up-sell on the deal we had agreed to on phone. I was out in just about an hour, which is pretty amazing if you have leased a car before. The dealer applied every single possible incentive phone. I was out in just about an hour, which is pretty amazing if you have leased a car before. Had a great experience leasing a Bolt and trading in my old car. The salesman was thorough and worked with me on my offer. He followed up regularly and was definitely respectful of me and my questions. Gre old car. The salesman was thorough and worked with me on my offer. Discussed with them about it, but was told that this is a common practice for car leasing. And I was educated that that I need to do more research about this business... More
worst experience ever Worst experience ever! They tell lies, they think their time is more important than yours, and they blame someone else for everything. Oh, and they do Worst experience ever! They tell lies, they think their time is more important than yours, and they blame someone else for everything. Oh, and they don't keep their word. Leased a Bolt and traded in a minivan. Initially didn't want the lease return damage coverage but finally bought it after repeated encouragement and told they would give it to me for $1 over cost. Then I was rushed out of the dealership despite asking whether I could get some instructions. After arriving home I found three deep scratches on the bumper. I want to kick myself for not doing a walk around with the salesman but hey I'm covered by the damage coverage they sold me right? All planned? Then I didn't get my trade in check for several weeks. After several calls I reached the end of the line when I received a DMV notice that said the dealership was the owner. When I went to the dealership, the sales manager and finance manager blamed the business office. Unfortunately the business office was closed they said but would take care of it Monday. The sales manager also promised to send a loaner car while they fixed the bumper on Monday. By late afternoon Monday I heard nothing and texted the finance manager. He didn't immediately respond but when he did he blamed me for not texting him earlier in the day to get a response sooner. He also said they didn't receive the title that's why there was a delay. Funny that the DMV had them registered 3 days before the day they said they received the title. I also texted the sales manager and haven't heard back after 5 business days. More
does not properly do lease returns I returned a leased vehicle at this dealership and they said everything was taken care of and I have the documentation to prove it. during the leas I returned a leased vehicle at this dealership and they said everything was taken care of and I have the documentation to prove it. during the lease return visit ,I asked the person accepting the lease return if I need to fill a release of liability with DMV and they said - no it was not required. I started receiving notices from DMV regarding re-registration of the vehicle when I call the dealership , they keep pushing the call to different people and say lease returns are only handled on tue and thu . then they say - that if DMV is sending you a notice , it is between me and DMV and they are not responsible . they say GM financial owns the vehicle and I need to call them . I asked them that they do 100s of lease returns and how do they handle this kind of situation and the person did not know how ..... More

A noise I tried to identify for some time in other places took 3 min for them including getting in the car. Their mechanic knew exactly what the problem was and it was an easy fix. They also reserved a car for me right next door so I didn’t have to be without a vehicle at all. More
