I did not have an extra vehicle and he so he ensured that it would get done in a timely manner as the repairs were major. He was not my regular guy who helps me but, I found that they work as a team, and I was impressed with the personal attention he gave me as a BMW customer. Quality service at Stevens Creek! Good service when using my Easycare extended warranty I had to visit them when i turned in the car for a wheel damage (rim cracked). I had initially wait almost half an hr for a service advisor to show up. But this was an unscheduled appointment & so wont hold too much against the dealer for that. Overall i was quite happy with the service. More
Tyler kept me informed I had to bring my 2012 650 convertible in for service at least 3 times in the last 3 months. 1st is for new tires, 2nd was for a rattling sound off t I had to bring my 2012 650 convertible in for service at least 3 times in the last 3 months. 1st is for new tires, 2nd was for a rattling sound off the dash and wat time (last week) was for a hissing sound. I didn’t use to like the service department at BMW Stevens Creek as I always felt being discriminated, ignored or talked down to as a female customer. However, since I started dealing with Tyler Lam, my experience has improved tremendously. Tyler took time to explain to me what to expect, if works are covered under warranty. For both the rattling and hissing incidents, he had the mechanics drive with me to reproduce the sounds and that made me felt re-assured they understand my concern. My car ended up spending a few days in the shop either due to time required for parts to arrive or the weekend but they always provide me with a loaner. Tyler even recommend doing unscheduled minor covered service while my car was in so I don’t have to make another trip back! I like the convenience of texting to keep me informed of the progress of the repair and Tyler is only a short text away and was very prompt in returning my texts. I have great experience working with Tyler and for me he makes the difference in turning my negative experience with the dealership’s service department positive. More

I did not feel like I was being pushed to get things serviced and rack up a huge bill. My prior experiences with the service team were not as pleasant -- this recent visit I certainly did not feel like just a "number". The great service and customer-centric attitude was not limited to Riccardo, it was the same the loaner car team, and the cashier when I picked up my car. More

Service to fix one of the airbag recalls. You would have thought I had just purchased a new car from the dealer instead of coming in for a free service to fix an airbag recall matter. He explained everything in detail, took us inside to point out the free coffee and donuts, and was very extremely patient and courteous. The agency even washed my car for free when the service was completed. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
