Improvement still needed. Took my car in for a service and fuel system recall, I made an appt 3 weeks ahead to reserve a loaner car. Drop off seemed ok, still a little confusing, not sure why it's so backed up to drop your car off. I waited about 20 minutes in the waiting area to get my rental, the associate was very nice, but my rental was filthy inside, someone clearly spilled something and I had the pleasure of sitting in it. I rec'd a text in regards to my car being done, drop off was simple, details of my service were explained to me, I got in my car and it shows that I have another service due in 4500 miles and my car smells like gasoline. I'm hoping that this is something that happened with the recall service, the service advisor has still not answered that question, and told me I should reset my service reminder. I think that's odd, I thought that was what should be done when I bring it in. This is my second BMW, sadly my last, dealing with SC BMW just seems to be too much work, and at those prices they should treat their customers like customers. More

The staff there made my wife feel like she was just a “dumb woman who knew nothing about cars”. Her words not mine. I’ve owned multiple BMWs already and currently own 2. I would definitely go to a different dealership if I there was another in my area. More

As a first time BMW owner, I didn't know that my daily short drive pattern may cause the battery to not being charged back to normal level and deteriorate much faster. Both my sales rep Fred and service rep Grayden listened to me and was able to get the battery replaced as dealer good will. They also performed complimentary check on multiple items. Needless to say that I am very satisfied with the service and will go there for any future service needs for my BMW, even though it's a bit long drive for me. More

As a single woman I was often intimidated by service needs for my car and appreciated the time the service advisor at SC BMW took with me. I can schedule service either on-line or by speaking with a service representative. I have my own rep, Neil Simon, who works with me to ensure the service is something that I need and recommends upcoming needs so I can budget for them. I also appreciate the texts and phone calls that keep me apprised of the status of repairs, and my car is always ready (washed and vacuumed) when promised. More
