My car was vandalized and I called my insurance company to get my car repaired. I went out of my way to get the car repaired at Stevens Creek BMW as I purchased the car from there. First of all My Advis to get my car repaired. I went out of my way to get the car repaired at Stevens Creek BMW as I purchased the car from there. First of all My Advisor, Brian -- Was horrible at communicating with customer as well as Insurance Adjuster. He did not do his job right and he actually revised the estimate 3 times. Bcoz of all this, the car was repair and handed to me after 1 month. I gave the car to service center on Dec 28 and I got it back in end of Jan 2021. The second is issue, I got message from brian when my car was ready. I accordingly adjusted to return the rental car on same day of pickup. However, when I went to pick car at Stevens Creek BMW, the person handed me car and I noticed that the repair has issue. 1) Remote of the car was not working at all 2) Car was showing warning sign 3) The car was dirty and having oil stains on the beige interior HE ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE CAR AND COME NEXT DAY. THIS CAUSE ME TO PAY 200$ ADDITIONAL FOR RENTAL CAR AS THE CAR WAS NOT READY AFTER BRIAN TOLD ME TO COME AND PICK. I WASTED 2 HOURS THAT DAY AS A CUSTOMER I LOST CONFIDENCE WITH SUCH PATHETIC AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. AFTER PAYING 7200$, I GOT SUCH HORRIBLE ADVISOR AND SERVICE. More

This last time took the BMW I'd had asked to check the AC and water levels along with oil change and balancing of the tires. When I picked up the car I had asked to speak to the gentleman that assisted . I and water levels along with oil change and balancing of the tires. When I picked up the car I had asked to speak to the gentleman that assisted . I wanted to know what the levels were on the car and if the tires whew checked and AC ? Also when the next service would be. Didn't get no answers just a print out that doesn't say much. Was unhappy with the service . I travel a lot and I need to make sure my car is good and that I am safe. Was disappointed in customer service and service. More
Stevens Creek BMW service did more harm than good on my car I had my visit to the dealer for scheduled oil change and break services on 535D recently. My car came out with 1) broken underbody mud gard; 2) bl I had my visit to the dealer for scheduled oil change and break services on 535D recently. My car came out with 1) broken underbody mud gard; 2) black oil on the oil stick. I called and emailed to the dealer, requesting for resolution. The online chat is a joke, the phone is general answering service, write to their email "stecrkbmwsc-stevenscreekbmw@kaarmadealer.com"? is another joke. Try your luck at another BMW dealer. More
Come here if you want to waste your time Came on-time last Friday for a 12:30 appointment. I was only attended to (beyond them only putting a number on my car) by 1:15 as I had flagged down the service rep Alex to discuss how unreasonable it was to be kept waiting without being given any updates, when people have to go back to work. Cars in front of me had the same sentiments and one driver also got out to complain shortly after I did. To cap it off, 2 other girls and I had to wait 30 min AFTER the time we were told to come back in to pick up the car. BMW Steven Creek’s M.O. is to get you to waste as much of your time as humanly possible. My service advisor Michael Quinn even walked away from my husband and I when we inquired as to why it took so long for everyone to get their cars back after all being told to come in. More

Disappointment with I have a discount coupon which I got from Stevens Creek BMW, in the coupon it says it can be used by ANY service, so I booked an appointment with "dia I have a discount coupon which I got from Stevens Creek BMW, in the coupon it says it can be used by ANY service, so I booked an appointment with "diagnosis check service". One consultant named "Grayden Lanagan" said I need to do the diagnosis to detect the full issue, I explicitly asked whether the discount coupon is useable for the diagnosis, he confirmed YES. In the afternoon, after the diagnosis is done, he said if I want to fix this issue, I need to pay another $1,300 dollars. I chose "NO" and I went to the dealer to pick up my car. The consultant refused me to use the discount coupon; I asked why, he said If I agree to pay the extra $1,300 dollars to do the repair then I can use the coupon!!! This is ridiculous, he even lied to me in the beginning just want me to spend more money...... More
ABSOLUTELY WORST service experience ever! I had given my car for manufacturer recommended recall repairs to Stevens Creek BMW in Santa Clara, CA. My car was regularly serviced and was working I had given my car for manufacturer recommended recall repairs to Stevens Creek BMW in Santa Clara, CA. My car was regularly serviced and was working fine for years before taking it to Stevens Creek BMW authorized dealer service center for repairs as mandated by a federal recall. After picking up the car and driving less than 5 miles, the engine belt broke, I lost control of the steering and the car stalled. Luckily I was at a red light and I could pull over my car safely. I had to get the car towed back to the dealership again. Upon contacting the dealership they told me that the belt damage was due to oil leaks and NOT caused due to the recall work that was performed on my vehicle. They quoted more than $5000 worth of repairs that needed to be done before I could drive my car again. I found this unacceptable and I got the car towed out of the repair shop and back to my mechanic. My mechanic inspected the belt which was completely dry and there are no signs of any oil damage on the recently replaced drive belt. The belt and tensioner were completely new and was replaced during routine maintenance recently. The belt failure was due to improper recall work done as cited by the manufacturer in RCRIT 17V-683-0566 which requires removal of the alternator. Improper re-installation of the belt following removal of the alternator caused the belt to fail and snap within a few miles of driving out of the service center. The belt and tensioner was also replaced around a month back and the car was running fine for that duration. The engine belt broke only after taking it to the dealership for the recall job. While speaking with the service manager at the dealership, she was confrontational from the get-go and refused to escalate it to her superiors. She was not very courteous and/or willing to address to my concerns. She was generally rude and it wasn't a pleasant experience talking to her. Engine belt failures are no joke and it could have been potentially fatal if I happened to be on a freeway. She didn't bother to apologize even once and instead started yelling and bullying me. How could Stevens Creek BMW let me drive out a car with a potentially catastrophic damage waiting to happen within 5 miles of driving out !? This is tantamount to sabotage! Any competent service tech would have caught it and raised a red flag immediately! On top of this, Stevens CROOK BMW charged me for basically doing nothing and giving me back a wrecked car which had to be towed out. After getting it towed back to my mechanic, he fixed the belt for free, even though it was not his fault because he had replaced it few weeks back and it was running absolutely fine! (glad to find some honest people left). I understand that mistakes happen and if the service manager had acknowledged it or been a little more courteous, I would have gotten it fixed by myself anyways. But my interaction with her just left a bad taste in my mouth. That is one of the main reasons for me to write this review. Based on my experience, ABSOLUTELY avoid going to this dealership. They are in a good location, they know it, so they are fleecing customers for it. If they can botch a federally mandated recall job, there is no way they can do a good job on regular service. Take it to another dealer or find a good, honest indie mechanic and save yourself from these crooks! More
The worst customer service in the country I am a BMW customer for the last 15 years, happy and loyal. I have lived in four states and always had my vehicles serviced at local BMW dealerships. I am a BMW customer for the last 15 years, happy and loyal. I have lived in four states and always had my vehicles serviced at local BMW dealerships. I have to say customer service here is the worst in the country. After moving to San Jose, I have been here a few times for routine services and other recalls. The experience was horrible everytime. Staff (cashier, parts and accessories, and service rep) at Steven Creek BMW need serious customer service training, from the language they use to the attitude. They don't represent the BMW brand an what it stands for. More
