Before bringing in my car for a basic oil change, I called him 2x to find out what was involved with this service that according to the Service admin, typically runs $180-$200. Frank never bothered to call me back to explain the details. When I brought in my car for service, I requested just the oil change from Frank and included a BMW coupon. However, while still at the dealership, I received the text alert asking for approval and signatures and the price had jumped to $429! I saw that Frank had added some non-required services to the work order without discussing with me at all. I went out and asked him to remove them and said I just want the minimum required factory oil change service. When I received the inspection report on my vehicle, they had noted that the rear tires were at the indicator bars (they are not there yet). The proposed price to replace the 2 rear tires and balance was >$1200!!! I called America Tires and got a quote of $705 for the exact same tires, mounted and balanced. I am very dissatisfied with the gouging that I get from Steven's Creek BMW. Now that my car is out of warranty, I will take to my local auto service place in Campbell, where I can expect honest quotes and recommendations with out the constant upsell. Avoid Frank and this service team! More

I have purchased a BMW at this dealership (good experience) and service 2 BMW's there (not satisfied). The last service experience was a nightmare. Terrible experience. On the freeway, msg came on showing low tirepressure on front right tire of car. Called dealer/service. was about 5:00. Called again, wouldn't pick up. Called sales; they picked up; asked for help. Transferred back to service. Didn't pick up. Called again, asked don't put me on hold. Was put on hold. Near tears now. Finally got rep. He argued with me; said he didn't have time; cut me off. Came home; flat tire on 2020 750ix. Tried to make appointment over internet. Couldn't get appointment on their system until December 30th. Given up for the night. This is the worst nightmare I've ever had. Expensive car sitting outside with flat tire; and no assistance from local dealership. More

On March 18th, 2020 I went to Stevens Creek BMW for an oil change (the car had 12,562 miles). After the service was performed the car showed the following required services: brake fluid due in March 2021, oil change (the car had 12,562 miles). On July 14th, 2020, I visited again Stevens Creek BMW for a warranty issue (check engine light on, and the car had 13,406 miles), and the service advisor told me they will do the oil change too. This was 4 months (and only 844 miles driven) after they performed the last oil change. The oil change request was odd, but since the car was still in the free BMW Ultimate Care for 3 years/36,000 miles (until April 16th, 2021 or 36,000 miles), I didn’t think much of it and I said OK. After the service was performed the car showed the following required services: brake fluid due in March 2021, engine oil and vehicle check due in July 2021 or 7,500 miles. Now, let’s get to my last visit to Stevens Creek BMW, which was on March 18th, 2021 (the car had 17,269 miles). On this visit, I requested the following services: brake fluid and oil change. The service advisor told me that they cannot perform the oil change, because it was due in July 2021 or 3,700 miles. I told him that last year, they requested and did the oil change after 4 months / 844 miles driven and now, when I ask them, they cannot do the oil change after 8 months / 3,863 miles driven, because BMW will not approve and pay for it (the car was still in the free BMW Ultimate Care for 3 years/36,000 miles until April 16th, 2021 or 36,000 miles). So when it suits Stevens Creek BMW they can perform services that are not required and BMW will pay for them, but when it doesn’t suit them, they cannot, saying that BMW will not approve. This was totally unprofessional and I feel like I was tricked into accepting a service that was not required. More
