I scheduled 8am appointment, but I was so turned down with negative reviews (which I do believe every word written), so I did not even bother getting up for the appointment. However, I made it at 10am and went there ready to turn around and leave. There was a bit of wait - as they seem to be getting 100s cars per day - like a factory. Service rep was Brian Krop. Nice guy. He kept his promise and I went to pick up the care early afternoon. Everything was done right. First I was surprised that they did not meet me with the list of what is wrong with my car, in an attempt to rip me off. He told me my car is fine - no major problems. A surprise! The two problems they found, one I knew about and they did not insist to fix it as this repair is costly to fix a minor oil leak. The second I did not know about. Brian showed it to me and indeed there was a minor problem. They let me go and fix it myself if I wish - which I will do. Brian is knowledgeable mechanic and I feel confident having my car trusted to him. (I am amateur mechanic and I know quite a bit). In summary: thanks to all of you who wrote negative reviews! This place seems to be turning around and thanks to you I got a good service. Will this last I do not know. At least they may have fired all of those bad guys and hired good guys like Brian Krop. But to be fair, I got a great deal: -7 qrts of synthetic oil worth $70 -car wash -inspection and alerting me of a problem -carpets vacuumed -windshield fluid added. -I could have had a loaner BMW if I wanted to wait for appointment, but I did not.... I guess they made $10 on my car. The price is better than Jiffy Lube or other places where they will snap your screw and damage your car. I had a good experience and I am posting this review to be fair to them. More

I normally don't bother with reviews, but I need to get this off my chest... This was hands-down the easiest and most painless car purchase process I've been part of - yes, it helps that I knew exac get this off my chest... This was hands-down the easiest and most painless car purchase process I've been part of - yes, it helps that I knew exactly which car configuration I was looking for, but I need to give FULL CREDIT to a very knowledgeable and friendly salesperson - Ricky T., who did everything to facilitate the process, from test-drive to drive-off. Other "tips" go to: Nasser M and Gil. There was a hitch in the leasing terms, which was later rectified - props to Nasser M - thanks! Also, Gil was friendly, efficient and quick in dotting the i's and crossing the t's before I took delivery. During the 2 hour process (yes, about an hour longer than I had anticipated, but there were some user-introduced complications), I had the chance to observe several other client interactions. To my novice eye, it appeared that my sales experience easily could have been dramatically worse ... Luckily, I had hand-selected Ricky as my salesperson. Overall, this was a great sales experience, thanks to Ricky. However, I would only recommend him only to my closest friends and family, since I don't want him to become too busy for my future business. ;-) More
I had a bad fuel pump on my 2007 328i which was out of regular warranty. My local mechanic called this dealership and asked if the SULEV warranty would cover it. The service manager to whom he spoke (we n regular warranty. My local mechanic called this dealership and asked if the SULEV warranty would cover it. The service manager to whom he spoke (we never got a name) said 'yes, it will be covered.' Well, I take it in, and apparently they were wrong. It was definitely NOT under warranty. I live in Santa Cruz, so it's a huge hassle to get it over there but I figured that since it was under warranty, it'd be OK. WRONG!! They charged me $1000 for the service which my local guy could have done for $500. Plus, I had to pay for the tow based on their lying information. They didn't replace a clip properly, so the next day when I went out to my car it was leaking gas all over the pavement. I was afraid to drive it. I had it towed over there AGAIN and they fixed it with no offer to pay for the tow based on a problem caused by their shoddy work. Three months later, the fuel pump died. I took it back and they tried to charge me again. I voiced my displeasure to the manager, Kevin, and he laughed at me and hung up on me. I should have sued the xxxx out of them the first time but I didn't. Well, that all changes now. If you value your car, your time and your dignity, NEVER EVER take your car to these xxxxxx morons. You've been warned! More
Absolutely the worst experience, RUN from these guys, I don't care how much you love your BMW, this has to be the WORST place you could possibly service your car. I even had one of the employees threaten m don't care how much you love your BMW, this has to be the WORST place you could possibly service your car. I even had one of the employees threaten me, and physically push me. I have never felt so strongly that this business should be shut down for unethical treatment to its customers! Kevin Gaither / Sandy Skees are fools that do not listen to his customers at all, what kind of "Manager" is that? Go back to school, and learn how to treat customers with respect... More
I've been searching for a new 2013 M6 F12 convertible for months, i came across the M6 convertible I wanted at Steven Creek BMW. I send in my inquiry from autotrader and Rocky Karimi the Internet s for months, i came across the M6 convertible I wanted at Steven Creek BMW. I send in my inquiry from autotrader and Rocky Karimi the Internet sales manager responded right away!! Rocky and I exchange a few emails to confirm the availability of the car and the purchase price, once everything was confirmed my husband and I flew out to San Jose to pick up the car. (We live in Southern California, it was well worth the trip) Rocky picked us up at the airport, he was waiting right at the arrival gate when we arrived. It was a quick 15min ride from the airport and when we got to the dealership the car was washed, cleaned and ready to go as promised!! Rocky promised an easy and fast transaction and it was exactly what happened!! If you're looking for a honest and knowledgeable sales person for your next BMW, you should definitely give ROCKY KARIMI a try, i think you'll be very happy! More
Having seen the low ratings of this geographically close dealership, I initially went to a competitor in a different city. Having never been to a BMW dealership in my life (we own everything else except a B dealership, I initially went to a competitor in a different city. Having never been to a BMW dealership in my life (we own everything else except a BMW...) I didn't know what to expect. Service was okay but not outstanding. Then I decided to visit Stevens Creek BMW which has a wide selection of vehicles, more than anybody in NorCal, maybe even all of CA. My first impression was very good when a sales associate, Frank Garcia, helped me to find the car I was looking for in the parking lot. Alex Chui went onto a test-drive with my wife and I on Sunday. But the real (positive) surprise came on Monday when I was contacted by Rocky, Internet Sales Manager, offering his help. Rocky's friendliness, knowledge, listening skills (I talk a lot :-) and generally caring attitude made all the difference in the world for to decide on a BMW to special order (they had one on the lot but my wife wanted something special...). The negotiated price (and the process to get there) was exceptional but more than that, again, was Rocky's attitude to "work with the customer" (no matter how crazy they are :-). I can recommend BMW Stevens Creek to ANYBODY, just ask for Rocky. And last but not least, when I talked to Service to find out something about a satellite radio install, Neil Simon went out of his way (and I wasn't even a customer -yet) to find out about and explain it all to me. Again, overall a wonderful car shopping experience. More

Went into inquire about 2009 BMW 335i Convertible CPO vehicle and informed the sales person that I would buy it the same day should there be a fair deal i.e., competitive pricing based on KBB for CPO. He vehicle and informed the sales person that I would buy it the same day should there be a fair deal i.e., competitive pricing based on KBB for CPO. He gave me 5K more than KBB value. He started treating me like a novice and started telling all the stories about how busy they are and how quickly their inventory gets cleared, how difficult it is to get appointments etc... Seriously????? A very arrogant dealership. The very next day I purchased the vehicle from another local dealership. After couple of weeks, again I visited their store to possibly purchase BMW Extended Maintenance plan and they started by saying 2700. BMW on their web site lists this $2096 and dealers normally do below this price or at this price depending on the relationship. Again, I ended up going to another BMW dealership and purchased the extended maintenance plan for $1780 More
Replied to Autotrader Ad for used car and scheduled a 9:00 am appointment. After driving from San Francisco, was called at 8:45 the morning of appointment to inform me that they could not find the car. T 9:00 am appointment. After driving from San Francisco, was called at 8:45 the morning of appointment to inform me that they could not find the car. They called back 10 minutes later to tell me bumper was being spray painted and that they would call me back at noon to let me know what time it would be returned. Ron Ryan is the internet manager and they never called back. There was no aplogy for my driving down and missing work, no follow up call, nothing. I seriously doubt the car they listed was ever in their possesion. I would not trust the word of these people for anything. Totally unprofessional, not deserving of a BMW dealership. More
