The Wait is unacceptable. Almost Comcast-like Waited 40 minutes to drop my car off. 30 minutes for the loaner. 20 minutes at the cashier. Unacceptable. Service was OK but wish wait was shorter No complaints with the treatment or the quality of service itself. Riccardo did a great job taking care of the service appointment. Great experience I usually complain because I live in Morgan Hill and have to travel to San Jose or Santa Clara for my BMW service.
