I was treated like a Queen....and so was my EcoSport!!!!!! "My" guy Fernando Batista has always taken the time to explain what is being taken care of. My EcoSport was just 11 months old and it still looks like it came out of the showroom, albiet 4,300 miles when I purchased it and only 10,300 now. The fix-up staff does a really great job as well. The outside antenna hit the top of my garage door and they did a great job installing a new one....not the garage door but the antenna. All is perfect....the antenna and the garage door! Great mileage. I have driven a Ford since my first car in 1963! More

Service advisors are great and the mechanics know what they are doing. As like all dealerships though, can be a bit pricey but they always work with me and try to apply coupons or discounts when they can. More

SERVICE CALL I had an issue with my car after picking up a recalled charger for my Fusion Energi. The first time in it took a while to fix. I subsequently had another issue with the battery the following week. Both times I dealt with Lenny. He was courteous, helpful and informative throughout the process both times. The second time in the car was fixed quickly. I picked it up the following day (Lenny was off that day). On his next day back to work he followed up with me to make sure that everything was working to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service. More

Sloppy work, very disappointed. A few weeks ago I brought our 2013 Ford Edge SEL in to have a hitch installed. We purchased the hitch from Ford Service Dept. And had it shipped dire A few weeks ago I brought our 2013 Ford Edge SEL in to have a hitch installed. We purchased the hitch from Ford Service Dept. And had it shipped directly to the dealer. We were informed that the hitch was received so we made an appt for the installation. It took 2 weeks to get the appt. And notified service that I would wait for he car. I didn't have a ride home. Well the installation took more then 3 hours to install. When the car was done I was handed the keys and that was it. I went out to the car and found that they cut my bumper with what looked like a pocket knife! The cut was that rough and jagged! No one told me they were going to cut my bumper! If I knew they had to, I would have been prepared and asked them for another option. We are very disappointed in how the install was done, because we brought it to the dealer to have it done the proper way. Think twice before going to Stevens 112 Ford Service Dept. No one cares enough to do good quality work there. More
