Nicholas Greco was excellent. From the moment we walked in greeted us and made us feel very comfortable. Andrew Dean was the technician working on our car. He let me explain my concerns and wants with the alignment on my car and was able to show be before and after specs. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend this dealership and will be using them in future for all our cars even though are not Toyota. I've dealt with them several times. Bought three vehicles from them. The sales team is fine. The service team is consistently corrupt. Hadn't been there for several years. Thought I'd give him another chance and once again they were deceptive. Called for a quote. Got a price dropped off the car. Even texted with the service person to make sure that my quote would be honored. But when I get there they have a surprise $145 fee that it sounds like they charge everybody and they don't bring it up during the quote discussions. In previous times they lied to me about alignment being needed when I just had it aligned at a professional alignment shop and took it back to them and they verified that my alignment was perfect. Also at a previous time they promised to change oil with synthetic but then the technician said they don't do that after they already changed my oil with conventional. More
