Conveniently scheduled 10,000 mi. service on-line. Arrived slightly early and immediately taken care of. Waiting room was clean with snacks and beverages available and comfortable seating. I did not catch the employees name but every time I call for an appointment or with questions they are answered promptly and the the service is also always very prompt. My 2011 Camry has swirl marks in the paint and I have never taken my car to any other car wash except Steven Toyota and was curious if your car wash has the brush or rollers on. I know when I bought the car they offered me a paint protection plan so that makes you wonder, especially on a new car that has only been hand washed. Thanks, Maxine Harris More
My wife and I are repeat customers of Steven Toyota. This day in particular, I had brought my Highlander in for routine service. I went up to the new car showroom to get a cup of the single brew coffee. When day in particular, I had brought my Highlander in for routine service. I went up to the new car showroom to get a cup of the single brew coffee. When I entered the showroom, two salesmen greeted me. The response from myself was cordial, and I continued to the coffee brew, made a cup of coffee and made myself at home, as I do feel "at home" there. My wife and I had talked briefly at home "once" about maybe looking into the purchase of a vehicle that was more economical. As I was sipping on my coffee, I saw Tyler Simmons walk out onto the showroom floor. My eye caught his and I motioned him over to talk a bit. I already knew he was a no pressure salesman. As the conversation continued I brought up the idea of further information on the Prius. Tyler shared some pertinent vehicle information. We walked out onto the lot to look at a few of the features of the Prius, drove one for a test drive. When we returned from the test drive, Tyler and his sales department jotted down a few figures. I was near to excuse myself and carry out the routine of the day when it was suggested by Tyler that perhaps I would be interested to drive one home and get the real feel of it. I left to visit my wife's workplace and to share part of the education for the day. Angela was interested in bringing a new car back to the house. I already knew that Tyler would not be there due to a commitment in his family but pre arrangements were such as I would only need to come back and ask to take one home. I arrived back at the dealership, things were prepared to to drive a Prius to New Market. The next day we brought the vehicle back as preplanned, and a purchase was made. The service department has been exceptional on every visit previous. My wife's and my experience at this dealership has been superb. You owe it to yourselves to visit Tyler at Stevens Toyota. More
Service manager is abrasive and confrontational. Service department tries to sell additional service to you on every visit. This started when my vehicle had approximately 35,000 miles on it. They first said my brake fluid was discolored(suprisingly this was not mentioned on subsequent visits), followed by them saying my power steering fluid was dirty, then my differential fluid needed changing and on my last visit that my transmission fluid is discolored. My vehicle currently has 46,000 miles on it!! I got a new water pump on my last visit because they said I had a leak. After my last visit when they performed service I got a required maintenance light within 500 miles. They won't fix this nor will they address any issues that may arise from repairs they have made. They react in a vindictive way to complaints. More
