I did not catch the employees name but every time I call for an appointment or with questions they are answered promptly and the the service is also always very prompt. My 2011 Camry has swirl marks in the paint and I have never taken my car to any other car wash except Steven Toyota and was curious if your car wash has the brush or rollers on. My wife and I are repeat customers of Steven Toyota. This day in particular, I had brought my Highlander in for routine service. I went up to the new car showroom to get a cup of the single brew coffee. When I entered the showroom, two salesmen greeted me. The response from myself was cordial, and I continued to the coffee brew, made a cup of coffee and made myself at home, as I do feel "at home" there. My wife and I had talked briefly at home "once" about maybe looking into the purchase of a vehicle that was more economical. As I was sipping on my coffee, I saw Tyler Simmons walk out onto the showroom floor. My eye caught his and I motioned him over to talk a bit. I already knew he was a no pressure salesman. As the conversation continued I brought up the idea of further information on the Prius. Tyler shared some pertinent vehicle information. We walked out onto the lot to look at a few of the features of the Prius, drove one for a test drive. When we returned from the test drive, Tyler and his sales department jotted down a few figures. I was near to excuse myself and carry out the routine of the day when it was suggested by Tyler that perhaps I would be interested to drive one home and get the real feel of it. I left to visit my wife's workplace and to share part of the education for the day. Angela was interested in bringing a new car back to the house. I already knew that Tyler would not be there due to a commitment in his family but pre arrangements were such as I would only need to come back and ask to take one home. I arrived back at the dealership, things were prepared to to drive a Prius to New Market. The next day we brought the vehicle back as preplanned, and a purchase was made. The service department has been exceptional on every visit previous. My wife's and my experience at this dealership has been superb. You owe it to yourselves to visit Tyler at Stevens Toyota. More
Service manager is abrasive and confrontational. Service department tries to sell additional service to you on every visit. This started when my vehicle had approximately 35,000 miles on it. They first said my brake fluid was discolored(suprisingly this was not mentioned on subsequent visits), followed by them saying my power steering fluid was dirty, then my differential fluid needed changing and on my last visit that my transmission fluid is discolored. My vehicle currently has 46,000 miles on it!! I got a new water pump on my last visit because they said I had a leak. After my last visit when they performed service I got a required maintenance light within 500 miles. They won't fix this nor will they address any issues that may arise from repairs they have made. They react in a vindictive way to complaints. More
I brought my corolla in to get washed and did not know where to go. Cody Arbogast stopped me and asked if I needed any help. Two years ago, we purchased a used SUV from Steven Toyota. We had such an excellent experience working with the sales force and financial team that we decided to bring both of our vehicles to Steven Toyota. Prior to that, we had a good relationship with a local dealer who we brought our vehicles to for routine oil changes, tune-ups and service. But there was something uniquely special about the staff at Steven Toyota that made us make the switch. When we purchased our SUV from Steven Toyota, we got the grand tour of the facility. The work area was emaculately clean. Not a drop of oil or fluid anywhere in sight! We were impressed with the free car wash feature. This is just a fine touch to a great product! Once again, the service staff was so friendly, helpful, courteous and accommodating. I remember being asked if I would need a "loaner" vehicle for a few hours while I had some work being done. You can get decent service anywhere, but it's the quality service and friendly staff at Steven Toyota that keeps us coming back. More
When my wife and I broke down on the side of the interstate, I called Steven Toyota and found myself on the phone with Cory Sodikoff. After communicating my circumstances with him, he quickly sent his wrecker down the highway (more than 1 hour away) to pick up my truck and take it back to the dealership while we rushed off to the wedding event we were enroute to. Cory continued to manage service of the truck and kept me in the loop at every step. He spent additional time running numbers for different scenarios like leasing, new purchase etc as we contemplated our options that we faced. After the fix, we had a few questions about the truck, without pause Cory had us drop it off at a related dealership to have our concerns checked out free of cost just to ensure that we were taken care of - the concerns turned out to be nothing, just us being over anxious about the state of our vehicle! Cory and his staff were second to none with their professionalism, knowledge, efficient service and attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile for my wife and me. I highly recommend Steven Toyota and will be looking to them first for all of my auto needs as I have in the past. More
These guys are great. Every time I have brought in my truck for service or an oil change, service has been fast and friendly. The service wait room is clean and has everything you need to be comfortable while you wait. Steven does an excellent job on service and we recommend all of our friends to take their vehicles there for service! Many of our friends have purchased vehicles from the dealership through Cory Sodicoff over the past 2 years and were completely satisfied with the top level of service received. I am no longer afraid of going to a dealership for simple or complex service anymore because I can trust these folks. Can't say enough great things about Steven!
