We brought our 2005 Toyota Prius in to have it appraised for selling it, as we now need a vehicle to tow a travel trailer. While waiting, Stacey Williams struck up a conversation with us and offered to see for selling it, as we now need a vehicle to tow a travel trailer. We ended up buying one from him even though we had our eye on another one in Richmond, VA. I have never purchased a car so quickly, but here it is two weeks later, and we are still pleased with our experience at Stevens. Stacey met our needs in a deferential and professional manner. He was knowledgeable of both the car and how to pull together the deal that involved us trading in two cars for the new vehicle. We are comfortable giving Stacey the highest marks in doing his job. We would definitely seek him out when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. More
Two weeks Mr. Pleasant, (in just few min) was able to "pair" my phone when others COULD NOT. He is a very pleasant person with great personality and very knowledgeable to my problem. Today, by mistake I did a very stupid thing and deleted the Bluetooth from my car radio. I called and spoke with him and he was able to tell me over the phone what I needed to do step by step. He was very kind and patient. You don't understand how illiterate I am with technology and that he was able to talk me through it over the phone was AMAZING. He has bailed me out twice with this same problem and hopefully I won't need that help again. However, if I do, I know he will be very pleasant and understanding as he has been thus far. We were on our way to a family reunion, and our starter gave out. My husband spoke with Dana, who worked hard to insure that we had the car repaired and would be on our way by 1:00 PM. She made it happen, arranged for my husband to get back and forth from the hotel, and even the driver was a friendly, personable young man. $500.00 seems a little pricey for a starter, but we gladly paid. The mechanics are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use them or to highly recommend them. They were all professional, courteous and friendly. More
Mike said the service would take an hour which it did. He listened to the complaint I was having with a tire. I was there for a free inspection that was part of the sales agreement. Unfortunately it did not pass inspection and we needed to takae it to a BMW place to correct the problem. Reasons for my rating is that I always get good service at this dealership. Trust my car needs to the great mechanics here at Steven Toyota. Even got my car washed today for free. Always get my oil changed half way between my next scheduled maintenance. By the way have had this car almost six years now and have done nothing to it but oil changes and regular scheduled maintenance. Avalon rocks. More
Why does it take over 2 hours to have my oil changed & an air filter replaced? The service writer said it would take 1/2 hour. Obviously they were busy. This was my second time using the dealership for service on an auto I purchased there. I scheduled an appointment for 0900 on a Saturday morning for an oil change and a car wash (previously purchased as part of a maintenance plan). I arrived on time with only a few (less than five) people in the waiting area ahead of me. Despite this, I still had to wait over an hour and a half for the oil change & car wash to be completed. And even still, the car wash left debris and dirty spots on the vehicle. A simple oil change and a car wash should not take 90 minutes to accomplish, particularly with an appointment first thing in the morning. Additionally, if it does, I would expect that the wash would be spotless. More
In the last four years Ive purchased two Avalons from this dealership, a '05, now a '08. Jonathan's as cool as they come, the entire service department is friendly and outstanding.
