Huge rip off I recently had my state inspection completed at Steven Toyota and I was severely disappointed. My appointment was at 4:30 and I waited over an hour be I recently had my state inspection completed at Steven Toyota and I was severely disappointed. My appointment was at 4:30 and I waited over an hour before any of the staff came into the waiting room to let me know that my car had failed because of 3 lightbulbs. The employee proceeded to tell me that I would need to have them replaced before I could leave. My total bill for the state inspection ($16) and the parts and service for license plate lightbulb replacement came to $67.82. The lightbulbs were $8.00 which means that the service itself was a little over $40.00. This is ridiculous. There is no reason for a company to be allowed to charge so much for something I could have done myself if given the opportunity. I will not be conducting any business with this institution in the future. More

Side note of weirdness: Seeking outside shady side of your bldg to make a phone call, I innocently (not wearing prickly trousers!) leaned against a 1999 CRV; an employee came out and said get away from my car. In my long lifetime, only one other person has been so protective. More
Refuse to acknowledge neglect I followed their service plan and took my vehicle to Steven Toyota every 5,000 miles and the result was needing new tires due to poor alignment, that I followed their service plan and took my vehicle to Steven Toyota every 5,000 miles and the result was needing new tires due to poor alignment, that was supposedly done each visit. Management didn't listen to their own service techs and chose to ignore the fact that they neglected my vehicle during each 5,000 mile visit. I should have listened to their past customers and took my vehicle to another shop to service my vehicle. Don't let the good reviews cloud your judgement of this shop. There are plenty of reviews similar to mine, and talk to locals who have been screwed over by Steven Toyota for years. More

Appalled and shocked at the terrible customer service This is by far the worst dealership to deal with. My brand new Prius has had satellite signal issues from day one( research , lots of Toyota clients h This is by far the worst dealership to deal with. My brand new Prius has had satellite signal issues from day one( research , lots of Toyota clients have this issue) went to Steven Toyota . First time was told radio signal was fine, at the next inspection was more assertive claiming an issue and wanting it fixed. They confirmed an issue and that was in beg of December. It's into April and they have been back and forth. First they did one of the two steps. They said if replacing the antenna didn't work they would do an after,asked one. Well replaced the Toyota satellite and still issue, after months of calling and no returned calls and everybody I called was on a diff page I called Ryan the sales top service person to let him know I was getting nowhere with Matt the service upper level staff. Matt was always in a meeting and would call back, he never did or he was on vacation. Finally got ahold of Ryan, was told over and over the second satellite antenna had been replaced. He argued with me and basically called me a liar and said it had and I was the only one saying everybody was on a diff page and belittled. Next day after dropping the car off at Ryan's request in front of the service guy Mike he tries to confirm the second satellite was installed, mike said it wasn't. No apology at all. Almost two weeks later and nothing resolved Ryan made plans and we went over instructions on where he could deliver my car back to me. This was Friday, I left a review on yelp of my experience. Waited till noon Monday and called about my car. Ryan informed me because of my review he would not deliver my car. Called Toyota, Ryan then told them we had no arrangement that it was too far of a drive and new this. I guess Steven Toyota does not believe in freedom of speech. My review was no slander just review of how things went, Ryan used my freedom of speech against me. More
