Tyler was very patient with us while we had a hard time making up our mind between a used vehicle or a new one. He went into great detail about the possibility of leasing a new one that would have put us i making up our mind between a used vehicle or a new one. I almost wish now that I would have went with the leased one, but very satisfied with the vehicle we got. I may very well lease my next vehicle. Steven Toyota is a great organization. No high pressure sales pitch, or annoying follow ups. They take their time to make sure you understand the features of the vehicle that you purchase and how their organization will support you after your purchase. I had a follow up appointment to have additional parts installed on my truck a week after the purchase. The Service/Parts Department extended the same courteous and professional attitude that I experienced when I purchased my truck. Steven Toyota is a top notch organization.
