I initially brought my SUV in for the Auto Butler service. I had been thinking about finding a car with better gas mileage. While having my SUV serviced, my husband and I were looking at the used cars and this very nice, knowledgeable young man approached us asking if he could help us. I asked him if Steven Toyota bought back their vehicles and he said "yes maam, we do." This immediately got my attention and I told him I was was looking for a nice used car with leather interior and better gas mileage. He showed us a very nice used car and gave us some history on this car. Needless to say, we worked out a very good deal, and I drove away very please within a couple of hours in my car. Every one of the employees that we met that day were very pleasant and informative. I also was impressed with the cleaniness of Steven Toyota. I have been to quite a few auto dealerhips, but Steven Toyota is my pick for sales and service. For years we have purchased cars from Steven Toyota and had them serviced there. We've never been disappointed. The sales personnel know what they're talking about and treat you as intelligent people with genuine needs to be addressed. Jim Mason is a fine example of Steven personnel. He is considerate, intelligent, knowledgeable over a wide range of subjects, and not just about Toyota cars. He cares about what he is doing, and he brings a fine-tuned energy to the task. My wife and I had come into the dealership with an interest in trading in our 2007 Camry, which had proved a fine car. We realized that a used Camry has good resale value. Jim widened our awareness of that and laid out a number of good options, for vehicles, lease vs purchase, new vs used, and methods of payment. Of course, he wanted to sell us a car, but he also showed an interest in who we were and what we did. He spent a good deal of time looking into the best financing. He got us an attractively low interest rate and spelled out all the advantages that we would enjoy at Steven as owners of a new vehicle. One doesn't think of car purchasing as a delightful experience. But that's what this was. We thoroughly enjoyed the attention we got at Steven from Jim Mason and his colleagues, and we feel sure we will thoroughly enjoy our new Camry 2012. More
