I began looking for a new car a few weeks ago. I decided to go to Steven Toyota because I had heard such great things about the staff there from several people in the area. He was very friendly and I like that he answered my questions with out making me feel pressured. He talked to me about the things that I needed in a vehicle and showed me several that would fit the budget I had set for a car payment. He made my car buying experience easy and comfortable and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. The finance manager was also very helpful in explaining what options I had for different extended warranties. More

The salesperson are very Friendly,Professional and knowledgeable, and it was a great pleasure to deal with them. I will highly recommend Matt and Liliana, They are super nice. I have been exploring the new car market for several months. All the reviews I read about the Toyota Avalon had many positive things to say about the car. I knew that the Camray had an excellent reputation and I heard that the Avalon was even better. Also, one of my neighbors recently purchased an Avalon from Steven Toyota and he was very pleased with it (and he would be critical of it if he didn't like it). We've only driven the car a few hundred miles, but it exceeded our expectations. We like its interior roominess, its power, all the useful accessories, and its looks. My salesperson, Julie Hutchins, was very helpful in explaining the car's features to me, answered all my questions, and was pleasant to deal with. She even brought the car to our home so my wife would not have to come to the dealership--she was busy getting packed for a vacation. I also enjoyed my interaction with Ryan Sodakoff as well as his brothers. They seemed like really nice guys. I did not feel any pressure during the pricing process and I feel I got a fair deal. I realize that car dealers are in business to make a profit, not just pass along cars at cost. Overall, I am very pleased with the car and the peoplel I had contact with at Steven Toyota. More
Everyone was friendly and professional. Our salesman, Matthew Suffecool, worked very hard to get things done quickly when we were in a huge hurry to make an appointment. We filled out the paperwork quickly and was soon presented with a NICE TRUCK that we were qualified to purchase. VLAD went above and beyond to keep us up on the steps that were being taken to help us purchase the truck we wanted. VLAD was a busy bee with other customers, but kept checking in with us while we waited on banks to call back. VLAD is a superior and outstanding sales person in our eyes. Because of some past negative experiences, I had intentionally not purchased a vehicle from a dealer in over 20 years. When we made the decision we would do some "dealer shopping," my wife and I vis intentionally not purchased a vehicle from a dealer in over 20 years. When we made the decision we would do some "dealer shopping," my wife and I visited virtually every major dealer in Harrisonburg/Rockingham County. Our approach was to find a dealer we felt we could trust, first, and then narrow our vehicle choices from there. Put simply, we bought from Steven Toyota because they were the best dealership. Vlad and Matt didn't push us - other dealers did. Neither staked a claim to us, insisting that we only talk to them, which is rampant at other dealerships - a big negative for us. Matt negotiated with us without the games I was concerned about. I bought the car for the price at which I was comfortable, and probably a little less than they would have liked to have sold it. They gave me a very fair price for my trade. I've been on the lot several times since the purchase and I'm treated as important every time. It's apparent to me that this dealership understands that long-term profitability is tied to how the customer feels about the relationship, and they do everything to strengthen that. Someone must be teaching them that every interaction counts. And they are exactly right. I will do business with them again. More

Vlad and Travis were wonderful to work with!! They both took their time to make sure that I was getting the vehicle that I really wanted. Upon arrival at the Steven Toyota Dealership, I was introduced to my salesman, Matt Suffercool. He seemed to be quite knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and seemed very friendly. I was impressed with his atttitude toward the concerns I had about buying a used vehicle and with how he handled our deal. He seemed to go above and beyond for me, something I was not at all expecting in a salesman. I was very happy with Matt's service and felt as though I had met a friend, not just a salesman. This is a rarity when looking for a new car =). After our deal was done, my husband and I decided to look at other used cars, and about 3 days later we purchased another vehicle from Matt. He was just as accommodating with the second purchase, just as friendly, and just as much a pleasure to deal with. I am very happy that Matt was my salesman and would recommend him to others.
