On Friday October 7th 2011, I purchased a 2006 Toyota Tacoma for $xx,xxx.04. When I test drove the vehicle on Wednesday October 5th the vehicle was in the shop, presumably for cleaning and such. At that time, there were no floor mats in the vehicle. On the day of the sale, after finishing all the paper work, I went out to the truck to drive it home and found that the truck still had not mats. I went back in and asked if they had been forgotten, at which time I was informed that it had no mats. For the sale price above, I would expect mats to be a standard, not an option. At the very minimum, I would have expected some transparency on the part of the sales staff to let me know that it needed mats prior to the sale, not after. The salesman asked if I wanted him to price out mats. At this point, I was angry and bitter and already had buyers remorse, and was considering voiding the check. There was an opportunity here, for the sales staff to make a customer for life; instead, for the price of some mats, they have lost a customer for life. Upon getting the vehicle home, I found that a rear tire had a huge gash in the sidewall, which was over looked when it was inspected at the service center. So I had two new tires put on. My wife is due for a new car in a few years and we have been looking at Toyotas, but I will never buy another thing from this dealership again. This transaction has only reinforced the perception that dealerships are out to take your money, at any cost. More
Service manager is abrasive and confrontational. Service department tries to sell additional service to you on every visit. This started when my vehicle had approximately 35,000 miles on it. They first said my brake fluid was discolored(suprisingly this was not mentioned on subsequent visits), followed by them saying my power steering fluid was dirty, then my differential fluid needed changing and on my last visit that my transmission fluid is discolored. My vehicle currently has 46,000 miles on it!! I got a new water pump on my last visit because they said I had a leak. After my last visit when they performed service I got a required maintenance light within 500 miles. They won't fix this nor will they address any issues that may arise from repairs they have made. They react in a vindictive way to complaints. More

I just bought my car from Matt Milam. He did a awesome job! Really informative and not pushy. We had no plan to even buy a car that day, but he found a way to change that. Another detail that I really appreciated was when he took me on a test drive he pointed out all the features of the car and also the safety that the car also had to offer. I brought my corolla in to get washed and did not know where to go. Cody Arbogast stopped me and asked if I needed any help. I came into the dealership not wanting to buy a car that day but, ended up walking out with a brand new 2011 Rav4! Jonathan greeted me at the door and helped me with finding a Toyota corolla that i was looking for that day. He was very patient while we haggled over the price with management. He gave me tags so i could try out different models to see which year corolla i wanted to buy. I give my experience a 4.8 out of 5 experience but i give Jonathan a solid 5. I thought it did take to long to get the paperwork signed after the deal was agreed on that day but i do think they were accommodating for all my 1 year old distractions during signing. I have been buying Toyota's for 15 years and still think they give the best customer service in the dealership and service department. Mike More
