Reasons for my rating is that I always get good service at this dealership. Trust my car needs to the great mechanics here at Steven Toyota. Even got my car washed today for free. Always get my oil changed half way between my next scheduled maintenance. Why does it take over 2 hours to have my oil changed & an air filter replaced? The service writer said it would take 1/2 hour. Obviously they were busy.
