The service at this dealership can be compared to no other. All employees were very friendly and helpful. They had a large selection of vehicles to choose from . We went to this dealership to buy a used Toyota Tacoma. We had an appointment scheduled to meet with Michelle. When we pulled in the parking lot. Jonathan followed us through the parking lot, and yelled at us asking us if we wanted to trade the Nissan in. We told him we had a meeting with Michelle and he said you dont want to work with no one else? I come in peace! So, then she wasn't there so we worked with him. Several times he told us that he doesn't work on commission. Obviously your a car salesman you make commission. Not that it matters. We don't need to know how you make money. We are there to buy a car. So, we went for a test drive, came back, and was expecting that they would have already worked up the appraisal on our trade. Wrong. We had to wait about 15 minutes. Then, it was back and forth between us working numbers and him going to his sales manager about what we wanted. He then told us that he was here to help us not to make money because he doesn't make commission. So, we weren't getting anywhere with the back and forth between people, so we simply asked to see the sales manager. He said sure. So, he comes back and said that he would be out as soon as he finsihed helping everyone else. He then wrote something up and wanted us to sign it. We simply stated that we were uncomfortable with that, and really just wanted to see a manager. He then rudely said what he going to do that I can't? We said please just get the manager. He walks over to the door and says somebody come out here and talk to them. So, this is an open area, we asked if we could meet in private. We go into an office with Corey to discuss the service we were receiving. He then tells us that he is sorry that we can't get along with Jonathan, and he didn't know why because he was the number one salesman. Surprise to us we thought it was his first day, or that he didn't know how to handle customers. So, we started talking with him about numbers, and knew that what we were trading in they could obviously make a huge profit and there was no reason that they couldn't budge a little on the trade. He told us to show him where the value was, so we showed him on the screen where it said that we could trade in for the amount that we were asking. So, obviously we weren't getting anywhere but upset. So, we asked to get the keys back to our vehicle so we could leave. Corey then stated yeah because your arguing and you suck. How rude! We said excuse me, and he repeated himself. We then stated that being in sales we could never imagine treating someone like that, and that the customer is always right. Corey then stated that he was part owner and the customer was never right! I was completely taken back! Never have I ever been spoke to like that by a salesman let alone an owner! We simply wanted to talk to the sales manager, so that we could get to the point and stop going back and forth between people. We were nothing but polite, and we were treated like crap by the salesman and the owner! Absolutely uncalled for! I then started to talk to some people about this incident where I was told that they received the same terrible rude service! I don't know how he is the number one salesman, or how this dealership ranks so good! Yeah your prices may be low, but your customer service is horrible!!! I will never go there again! The dealership reached out to us several times to apologize, and to let us know that they used the siuation for training purposes. We appreciate the apology, but the situation shouldn't have happened to begin with. I look forward to hearing their side of the story. More

We wanted to trade our 2012 Highlander for a 2013 Camry. I contacted Chelsea and she set a time for us to arrive and would have a salesperson ready. She got Brandon Cobb to assist us. He was very patient with us as we weren't sure just what type of Camry we really wanted. We were ready to give up but Brandon asked us to try a Camry we hadn't thought about. He showed us a XLE that seemed right for us so we took it for a test drive. We really like the ride and how comfortable the car was but it didn't have XM satellite radio. That was a deal breaker for us as we love XM in the cars we drive. Brandon told us not to give up and he found the exact same color XLE only this time it had XM and as a bonus for us anyway, built in GPS. We test drove that car and we were hooked. So only thing now was to get the right price for the Camry and a good trade for our Highlander. Took awhile but Brandon drove home the point to the finance guys the prices we needed, and lo and behold he brokered the deal for us. So our hats off to Brandon, Chelsea , Matt in finance, and Som also from finance. This was our fifth new car purchase from this dealership in 12 yrs. Several other people not involved with our purchase would stop by and ask if we needed anything. We also enjoyed an extended chat with Lindsey while we waited for all the paperwork to be processed. All of our new cars from Steven Toyota get serviced by this dealership. We wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else for service. If you are in the market for a new Toyota one need look no further than the dealership at Steven Toyota. Very friendly folks who really work hard to make your new car purchase easy. More
Ron, is my kind of salesperson, he's pleasant but doesn't try to act like your friend. This is what I call being professional. We already knew what vehicle we wanted, however, Ron made it easy to decide which options worked the best for us. More importantly he showed us something we hadn't thought of, what happens after you buy the car. I already thought Toyota made a great car, however, this was our first purchase at Steven Toyota and guess what, I like the dealership and the experience as much as the car, maybe more - this place is first class all the way, the finest dealership experience we've ever had! Ron gave us a first rate tour of the dealership to include the service and detail area. It's gorgeous, bright, and clean, everyone we met in the departments was as professional as could be. The service writers we spoke with were first rate, I'm looking forward to having our new $36,500 Toyota Avalon serviced here, you can even drive into the waiting area. The best thing about the experience was how we were treated. We've driven Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Volvo, and Porsche in the last 25 years. Ron, and the staff at Steven Toyota will give you better service and more attention to detail than any of the European dealers. We thoroughly felt Ron wanted our business, Steven Toyota wanted our business, and they were not afraid to see us again. It made us feel good to have professional, intelligent people, handling our personal information and finances. Many dealerships just want to sell you the car and be done. I'm impressed these folks want to see you again by earning your business. Whether it be service and detailing or a question about your car after the purchase. Get this, Ron, gave us his number for customer service if we had any questions about the long list of gadgets that came on this vehicle or any other questions, service after the sale goes a long way with us. Ron stepped the process up a notch and went above and beyond what might have been expected when buying a new car. He drove us into the service area so that we could personally meet some of the service guys and look around. He added that personal touch which made me feel very comfortable about returning for service....or anything else that may come up. Ron Pleasant made an extra effort to search out the exact color exterior/interior I wanted, didn't try to oversell me on features I didn't want, just listened to me and worked with what I wanted. We came to Steven Toyota around 6:30 PM hoping to just test drive a 2013 Sienna and compare it with the Honda Odyssey that we had already test-driven a few weekends ago. When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner by Ron Pleasant (an appropriate last name given our personal experience with him) and upon hearing of our minivan need and desire to see the Siennas he took us directly to them. He asked us what we were looking for so he could direct us toward the more appropriate version (LE vs SE) for our needs--he listened intently and came to a determination that probably the LE was what we actually were interested in--it has just enough "bells and whistles" to be extremely convenient, but not so many as to make myself or my husband balk at "one more thing to break" (specifically my husband!). Ron let us take a spin (with his company) in a gray Sienna and we genuinely liked the vehicle more than the others we had driven prior. Since it was getting to be closer to 7:30/7:45 at this point (after some discussion) we said we would return the next day because we wanted him, and everyone else, to be able to head home for their Friday evenings. Ron insisted (politely) that if we really wanted the vehicle he was more than happy to stay past the usual closing of 8 PM to accommodate us. It was greatly appreciated. We spoke some with Carey about our trade-in and then dealt with Logan and Andrew for the financial side of things. Everyone was genuinely friendly, accommodating, and truly seemed accepting of the fact it was 9 PM by the time we were finishing paperwork (and after that before we left the lot with our new vehicle all prepped and ready)! The customer service on the parts of all 4 men we spoke with were excellent, and Ron's efforts to answer our questions and take care of us as well as prepping our brand new van to take home felt above and beyond what is necessary. Customer service, quality of work, and friendliness all get a 5 from us--we were VERY pleased. The financing deal, our trade-in value offer for my car, etc., all made this vehicle (and this dealership) the best value for our money thus I give "price" a 5 as well. Given our great experience it is only logical to give the 'overall experience' a 5. We will definitely recommend the dealership to others! Thank you again SO much for making our experience pleasant (no pun intended this time Ron, I swear!) and painless and giving us the opportunity to take home a vehicle that will really serve our needs without breaking our budget--and you should have seen how excited our kids were!
