As soon as I arrived Francisco came outside to greet me even though it was early morning and it was raining. I told him my credit was not the greatest and he still treated me with 100% respect and told me even though it was early morning and it was raining. I told him my credit was not the greatest and he still treated me with 100% respect and told me he would work hard to get me in the car I wanted. After the test drive he gave me a tour of the dealership and told me the benefits of the certified car. It took a while but he was able to get me approved and was very close to the payment I wanted! I left that day in the car I wanted and he reminded me to come in and say hi so I could get my free car washes. I will recommend him to everybody I know! More

This was the first time buying a car and my boyfriend and I were very happy with service and the atmosphere there. Oz was in training and was helped by Jonathan who both did a great job. Not good asked to test drive a truck was told we need to run your credit first. Then we can test drive, I ask if he was serious and was told yes we need to make sure you can afford the car first. I walked out never to shop at Steven toyota or Kia and will tell my friends to go to Staunton if you want a toyota. Most of salemen look to be about 25 and I dont relate to someone that young he needs older sales agents to help us older folks who may not be comfortable dealing with the younger folks More
