Hat's Off to* this * DEALERSHIP. . . I STARTED CHECKING OUT VEHICLES SATURDAY AND WENT TO 5 OTHER DEALERSHIPS BEFORE I ARRIVED AT STEVEN TOYOTA.. . WHEN I SAW A Variety OF VEHICLE TH . . I STARTED CHECKING OUT VEHICLES SATURDAY AND WENT TO 5 OTHER DEALERSHIPS BEFORE I ARRIVED AT STEVEN TOYOTA.. . WHEN I SAW A Variety OF VEHICLE THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. AFTER LOOKING AT FEW A SALES PERSON CAME TO ME AND GAVE ME A GREAT RUN DOWN OF EACH TRUCK THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN WITH NO PRESSURE OR SALES RAP . AFTER LETTING ME CHOOSE THE ONE I WANTED WE WENT FOR A TEST DRIVE, STILL NOT PRESSURING ME, HE TOLD ME OF THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS THAT I COULD GO IN PURCHASING IT. EVEN THE OTHER SALESMEN GREETED ME WITH CONVERSATIONS AND RESPECT, I EVEN MET THE SALES MANAGER STILL HE DIDN'T PRESSURE ME. AFTER ALL INFORMATION THAT WAS EXCHANGED I HAD SOME DELAYS ON MY END THE SALESMAN KEPT IN TOUCH WITH GIVING ME TIME TO GET MY END STRAIGHT WITH PATIENCE THAT NO OTHER SALESMEN WOULD SHOW THAT HAVE DELT WITH IN MY PAST !! 3 DAYS AFTER THE DAY I HAD TOLD HIM I WOULD COME BACK TO CLOSE THE DEAL , HE , THE FINANCE MANAGER AND THE SALES MANAGER LET ME KNOW THAT THEY UNDERSTOOD THAT THINGS DO HAPPEN ! WHEN WE GOT BACK TO BUSINESS I CAN AWAY WITH GREAT TRUCK AND FEEL LIKE I WASN'T PRESSURED IN PURCHASING IT. ..
