I came from Minneapolis to Chicago to look at a similar year make and model at a competing dealership the week before and found the salesman was not very forthcoming about the condition of the vehicle. Although a clean carfax the car had obvious signs of bodywork all over the car. Needless to say I was very apprehensive to come to Chicago again to look at another vehicle. I spoke with Mike a few times on the phone and tried to get as much information as possible as far as the condition of the vehicle. Mike had no problems answering any questions I had and we did a walk around over the phone at one point. With the great price and low mileage I decided to make the trip again to Chicago. I am very glad I did. The vehicle was as discussed and Mike was very friendly and easy to work with. Bought a 2011 Mazda CX9 Grand Touring AWD SUV. Mike picked me up at the airport, we did the transaction paperwork at his office and I was on my way back to Colorado in the vehicle. Mike went above and beyond to see that the vehicle was clean (spotless) had all necessary service and even repaired a crack in the grille surround and replaced the grille at his cost without hesitation. Recommended to me by my dad. Excellent experience, was in contact with dealer for over 2 months. Dealer spelled out the whole deal, along with the various discounts and debates to come out to a final price. I did better with this dealer than I would have if I had used Consumer Report's discount. When I got to the dealership to take delivery of the car it was quick and painless. Barley spent anytime interacting with the the dealership's salesmen, just check out the car, paid for it, and was out the door with 4 new wheels. Dealer even went through a brief tutorial of the car and its functions, along with going through all of the warranty information. It was a very good experience and it was refreshing to deal with an individual who was not hard set on pushing their car brand on you. More
