Inspection report suggested I needed new engine air filter—- close inspection by your techs would reveal newer filter in place, installed by me with my initials in permanent marker, filter only had small leaf, instantly cleaned with squirt of air. I couldn’t believe that they couldn’t even Wash the bugs off the windows the poorest service I’ve ever had in the past I was given a car wash pass this time. They were very accommodating getting everything done ahead of time and quickly. The communication is why I would only rate a 3 star. We were also advised the vehicle would arrive on a Tuesday/wednesday. It never arrived until Saturday and we were unable to pick it up. the temporary tag given was dated only a week after we got the vehicle, making it very difficult to get to the DMV within that short time frame to register the vehicle. I requested my husband be primary on the lease because his credit was better currently but when we showed up I was primary with no explanation why. They were very nice and accommodating but a bit shady on the communication with everything which was frustrating. More
